Heel fijn hotel, wij komen graag terug
Pros:

Het hotel heeft een hele aangename sfeer en iedereen doet zijn best dat de gast een super leuke tijd heeft. De organisatie is super. Wij hebben een avond een gast ontvangen, die vegan eet, en dat was geen probleem. Zij vond het eten heel lekker! Hiervoor dank wij weten, dat het druk was in de keuken.

Het zwembad is erg klein!

Hervorragendes Hotel für einen Schiurlaub in der Region Ski Gastein.
Pros:

Außergewöhnliches Frühstück und perfektes 5 Gang Menü am Abend. Die Lage direkt an der Talstation war wie erwartet super. Schöner Schistall. Meine Schischuhe waren am Morgen immer gut gewärmt.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein (L-förmig). Das Bett unbequem. Das Fenster und der Balkon waren an der Hausseite mit Blick auf die Fasade des gegenüberliegenden, sehr nahestehenden Hauses.

Večeře velmi slabé. Všechny. Bez chuti, každé maso velmi tvrdé, bez chuti. Při každé snídani chyběl citron do čaje.

Beste Massage meines Lebens! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.
Tolles Personal, gute Küche. Schöne Saunas.

Cons:

Für meine Verhältnisse ist das Wasser im Jacuzzi als auch im Außenbecken etwas zu kalt.
Ein bisschen mehr Obstauswahl zum Frühstück wäre gut.

Hier würde ich immer wieder herkommen
Pros:

Das Abendessen war immer besonders und unglaublich lecker. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das (Service)personal aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich, genug Informationsmaterial für die Umgebung war auch vorhanden, ebenso gab es Hoteleigene Aktionen, die ich sehr gerne ausprobiert hätte (leider reichte meine Zeit dafür nicht). Die Hotelinterne App war super praktisch, intuitiv und informativ aufgebaut. Bin seit Wochen wieder zu Hause und schaue trotzdem noch gelegentlich nach, wie das Abendmenü heute aussieht ;) Mein Zimmer war ungewöhnlich geschnitten und dadurch super gemütlich, das Badezimmer königlich! Der Spa-Bereich ist klein, aber fein und sauber.
