Mucho ruido y falta de luz
You had appeared to be clean
Staff were extremely pleasant. Room was ok but not as comfortable as I would have liked. White towels were dingy and free breakfast was not very good.

El hotel es un hotel de paso no es un hotel donde uno se sienta en comodidad y descanso. El hotel no es lo que las fotografías reflejan, lo mejoran por mucho.

La primera habitación que nos dieron, olía muy mal, sumamente descuidada, al final nos dieron una algo mejor, pero si le valga bastante mantenimiento, adicional que a mitad de estancia cambiaron de administración del restaurante y el desayuno dejaba mucho que desear, pocas opciones y malas,

This property was definitely in an accessible area to Cartagena's Walled City; however, I had numerous issues with my room. When I booked the property, I had requested for a "City view" option and I did not even get a window in my room. I raised these concerns to the hotel personnel and while they tried to change my room, they were keeping me in my original for the majority of my stay and then changing me on the last day. Also, the room had holes in the wall and it did not look appealing at all. The lamps were extremely dim. The bathroom was not clean at all and the shower's pressure was to say the least PAINFUL. From an outsider point of view this property looks appealing, but it is not how they present it.
