Fantastic Breakfast, but remember you can ask for freshly cooked options which isn't super clear e.g. omlettes etc
We had a great dinner one night, would recommend the '5 course' option
SPA was better than our expectations, fantastic sauna and cold pool as well as indoor / outdoor pool and jacuzzi
Our only watch out is that it's a long walk to the main lifts, especially if you need to take Skis. We had a car so drove to the car park but it meant we had to take it easy on the Apre!

There weren’t hot water in the shower for 1 evening.
Also, the water in the pool weren’t hot
Mooi, smaakvol ingericht hotel met een prachtige welnessruimte. De kamers zijn groot en alles is perfect onderhouden.
De ontvangst door de dame aan het onthaal was warm en professioneel.
De bediening in de bar beviel ons niet. De humor van de man was alles behalve professioneel, we zijn er dan ook niet meer teruggekeerd. De eerste avond was de sfeer in het restaurant gestresseerd.
De bediening 's ochtends door de Kroatische man was daarentegen super!

The place is well maintained, breakfast is delicious, the spa area is fantastic. The receptionists are amazing especially the Austrian lady who was extremely helpful.
Restaurant for dinner is a little overpriced but it's still good to go from your room and have dinner.
It's pricey but gives great experience.
We'll return.

Great time spent (full week) in this hotel - amazing relaxation area with internal and external pool, spacy jacuzzi and saunas, stuff is super welcoming - also cleaning is great. location is very good very close to a ski bus and waling distance to the village center. super comfy beds, good room (we were in a Junior Suite), very good breakfast and bar/restaurant for the evening.

Staff were very professional and pleasant. Food was Ok too.
There was no hot water in shower nor the spa area! FreeIng cold water for the whole day, it is as bad as it sounds. You get back from full day skiing, and there is no shower! I went to the sauna and when I got out I wanted to shower at the spa area - and all you could get is freezing cold water! This things must never happen in hotels like this. No excuses whatsoever!

Der Wellnessbereich und der Wintergarten ist Spitzenklasse und die Lage zwischen den Skigebieten sehr gut.
Die Bar wäre neu gestaltet netter
Frühstück war super lecker, alles da was das Herz begehrt. Die Zimmer waren super gemütlich und hatten einen coolen style. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker.
