Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación. El personal de recepción de 10! Muy amables y nos supieron orientar bien qué hacer. El desayuno muy rico y si bien no es muy variado, nos quedamos conformes

Cons:

No hay agua caliente. Pero bueno, era tanto el calor que nos bañamos con agua fría.

L'hôtel est près des principaux points d'intérêt !

Cons:

La douche n'a aucune pression. J'ai dû utiliser le douche commune pour me doucher lors de mon séjour. C'est inacceptable ! Heureusement que nous étions que 2 ou 3 réservations dans l'hôtel.

On m'a facturé les bouteilles d'eau à la fin du séjour alors qu'on me faisait signe que c'était ok.

La réception de jour était ordinaire. A certains moments, personne n'y était. C'est la dame du déjeuner qui venait nous voir et elle ne comprend pas l'anglais.

Le déjeuner est de 7h à 9h. Trop court.

Aucune vue exterieure et impossible d'ouvrir son rideau de chambre car celui-ci fait face au corridor.

El hotel es cómodo limpio y lo mejor es la ubicación .

Las habitaciones nuevas son muy limpias y cómodas

Cons:

La primera habitación que nos tocó tenía las sábanas sin cambiar con algunas manchas, pero lo resolvieron inmediatamente

Personal muy amable y el sector es muy buena está cerca de todo el centro, restaurantes bares y sitios turísticos.

Cons:

No tengo quejas sobre el alojamiento, tal vez el precio pudo ser más accesible puesto q hubo un error en mi reserva por booking que en primer lugar me aparecía que el niño no pagaba el valor completo y la habitación era doble, en el hotel me subieron casi $90 por la estancia de mi hijo pequeño.

Pros:

Hotel en getsemani muy bien ubicado. En la zona hay mucha vida pero en el hotel no se escucha nada, super bien insonorizado. El personal muy agradable y profesional. El desayuno muy bien, eran huevos revueltos con cafe fruta zumo y unas tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada. La terraza muy chula para tomar una cerveza tranquilamente post actividades y darse un chapuzon al terminar el dia. El barrio getsemani para mi es el mejor ya que esta al lado del centro pero sin sus precios y con menos masividad de turismo. La zona es muy segura y con mucha vida. El cuarto muy bien con aire acondicionado incluido que se agradece por que el calor aprieta mucho. El hotel en si es muy bonito.

Localisation parfaite en plein Getsemani
Pros:

Situation parfaite dans le quartier de Getsemani, quartier très animé, plein de restaurants et bars. On peut tout faire à pied jusqu'au centre historique, le port pour prendre le bateau, Castillo S Filipe. Nous n'avons senti aucune insécurité, meme en rentrant le soir tard, les rues sont toujours animées.
La piscine sur le roof top est fantastique, vue sur Castillo S Filipe, très rafraichissante. Petit dejeuner inclus convenable (oeufs, fruits frais, jus, cafe).
Le personnel est très sympathique et aide volontiers. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises pendant 2 jours pour un séjour sur l'ile du Rosario, ce qui est très pratique (pas beaucoup de place sur les bateaux).

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude, mais cela n'a pas été un problème bien grave car il faisait très chaud.

Very good property overall
Pros:

Cleaness, location and staff cordiality

Cons:

Breakfast is too simple. Portion is controlled and fixed for any guest. Also, breakfast is exaclty the same everyday without any single variation
