Pros:

Tanto la ubicación como la familia que regenta el hotel han sido estupendo. El trato muy bueno y personal y en 20 minutos andando se llega al centro de Santillana

Las instalaciones,sitio tranquilo,buena ubicación y muy bonito

Cons:

No teníamos agua caliente en la ducha,la ventana de la habitación,es bastante claustrofóbica,35cmx35cm aprox y se notaba el hueco original de la anterior ventana bastante mas grande,desconozco el motivo de reducir tanto el tamaño porque además las vistas eran preciosas.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in freundlichem, persönlichem Ambiente!
Pros:

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, auch jegliche Sprachbarriere zu überwinden. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt, es gibt einen schönen Garten mit überdachter Sitzgelegenheit - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

El buen trato recibido desde el primer momento por todo el personal, la amplitud de la habitación, la comodidad de aparcamiento y el desayuno completo.
