Pros:

Superb frukost. Nära till tåget. Supernära till Oskars. Promenadavstånd till Skansen. Möjlighet att lämna och hämta bagaget före incheckning och långt efter utcheckning. Jättetrevliga receptionister.

Cons:

Duschen behöver frächas till.

Personal och hotell var fina precis som vanligt, men några detaljer finns det att slipa på.
Pros:

Frukosten var jättefin, precis som jag förväntade mig på Scandic. Har aldrig behövt boka in en tid tidigare, men det går ju det också. Förstår ju att alla inte kan komma på samma gång.

Cons:

Badrummet, och den dåliga värmen generellt i rummet. Framför allt badrumsgolvet med klinker var obehagligt kallt för mina bara fötter. (Klinkergolvet uppfattade jag också ha skarpa kanter så man kunde skära sig i fötterna, men jag orkade inte undersöka det ordentligt.)
När jag kontaktade receptionen om den låga värmen så fick jag ett extraelement, så det blev lite bättre men ändå inte riktigt godkänt. Och då tillhör jag inte den frusna sorten.

All good. The staff handled my double-booking well, as did Booking.com.

Cons:

Shower door not a tight fit, so leaks into main bathroom area. My room was 138.
