Hezké prostředí, kousek od vleku, paradní sauna
Pros:

Prostorný apartmán, v docházkové vzdálenosti od sjezdovky, možnost uložit lyže a boty do vytápěné lyžarny, sauna v ceně ubytování byl po celém dni příjemný relax. Přijezd/odjezd vše na parádu samoobslužně.

Cons:

Vstup do budov - apartmánu, lyžárny, sauny byl pouze přes jeden mobil, když jsme si s manželkou rozdělili děti museli jsme na sebe při návratu ze sjezdovky čekat, u vstupu do lyžarny bylo otevíraní rozbité, řešilo se dřevěným kolíkem, když ho někdo odstranil volala se obsluha přes telefon což zdržovalo.. v apartmanu byly pěkná kachlová kamna, ale zatopit se dalo jen po absolvování “kurzu” u místního pána (každý den v 16 hod) za 15€ a pak zaplatit ještě za dřevo 5€/ noc, topení v kamnech nebylo nutnosti v artmanu dostatečné teplo, které jsme i stahovali., bylo i podlahové topení.

Very flexible and helpful hosts. We couldn’t travel due to illness, but they kindly rescheduled our stay, so we were still able to go skiing. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The location is good, next to one of the main gondolas, in a very quiet environment. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The floor was not spotlessly clean when we entered the apartment, the keyless system didn't work well for the ski storage, and some of the pots and pans lost their induction capability. Some of the access pathways are very steep, especially when carrying large luggage.

Lage TOP, Wohnung OK, Service MIES

Die Wohnungen an sich sind gut, die Fotos versprechen etwas mehr Qualität aber an sich vollkommen OK.

Die Lage zur Skipiste ist absolut top, der Skikeller ist aber leider ziemlich mies weil keine Schuhtrockner, sondern nur Holzregale in dem die Schuhe übereinander stehen und damit ineinander tropfen...

Cons:

Der Service an der "Hotline" ist eine Katastrophe und absolute Frechheit!

Wir hatten diverse Probleme (defekte Heizung, ausgefallenes Warmwasser, getrennte Wohnungen trotz gemeinsamer Buchung). Die Hotline war zwar erreichbar und hat meist dann auch reagiert und Techniker geschickt (die wiederum total zuvorkommend waren), die - absolut berechtigte - telefonisch zugesagte Kompensation für die Ärgernisse wurde nach unserer Abreise aber einfach wieder vergessen. Und bei erneuter Nmahnung wurde sogar unterstellt, dass es keinerlei Probleme gegeben habe.
Nach erneuter detaillierter Auflistung der Probleme (2 Tage ohne Duschen und Heizung im Skiurlaub ist halt echt sch...) unter Benennung der Technikereinsätze inkl. Uhrzeit wurde ich schlicht geghostet und erhalte seitdem keien Rückmeldung mehr.

Das ist eine Farce und echt Traurig. Daher schließe ich eine erneute Buchung bei dem Anbieter (hat wohl noch weitere Objekte) trotz der tollen Lage absolut aus.

Sowas ist mir in 20 Jahren Skiurlaub in AT noch nie untergekommen!

Pros:

Close to the ski lift and slopes, 5min walk. Everything was clean, all the necessities were provided. Apartment was big and warm.

Cons:

There are no heaters in ski room for ski boots, so your boots remain wet.
Towels are not being changed, you have to wash it on your own in the laundy room.
Bathrobes are not provided for the sauna (even it is stated in the info that you receive),you have to bring your own

Pros:

Ár-érték arányban jó volt, közel volt a sífelvonó. Volt fűtött sítároló és ingyenesen használható szauna is sétatávra. Az apartmanok pont olyanok, mint a képeken.

Cons:

Elég sötét volt az apartman, nappal is villanyt kellett kapcsolni, de a villany sem volt túl erős. Elég kevés evőeszköz és tányér volt, ahhoz képest főleg, hogy elvileg 6 fős volt az apartman. Nagyobb társasággal mentünk, két apartmant foglaltunk, de két külön házban helyeztek el minket, ez egy kicsit kényelmetlen volt. A szállással a kommunikáció nem volt zökkenőmentes, végig aggódtam, hogy tényleg figyelembe veszik-e majd az extra kéréseinket (gyerek ágy, létszám módosítás), de végül - ha nehezen is - minden megoldódott.
