Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de la Estación de Trenes de Luxemburgo.
La habitación estaba muy limpia.
El desayuno de cortesía es excelente, con buena variedad de productos e infusiones. Durante todo el día hay botellas de agua disponibles y se puede usar gratuitamente la máquina de café.
El precio es adecuado y el personal de recepción es muy amable.

Cons:

La habitación cuádruple resultó ser muy pequeña; en realidad era una habitación doble con dos camas cuchetas. Había solo una almohada por cama.
La habitación necesita algunas mejoras, especialmente pintura y mejor iluminación.
El televisor no funcionó durante la estadía y la señal de wifi en la habitación fue muy mala.

Location & cleanliness, feels like staying in a guest room at a house so gives a cozy feeling.
Service was excellent both receptionists we talked to were very kind.

Cons:

Parking Instructions at first were unclear, but how they label directions when inside the parking area doesn't help and that's not their fault. Very helpful on arrive and on leaving.

El personal era muy amable. Tienes botellas de agua y una máquina de café y chocolate gratuita durante todo el día, que cuando llegas de la calle con tanto frío da gusto tomarte sentado en las mesas que tienen cerca de recepción q también es donde se desayuna. La habitación es bastante pequeña pero está muy limpia y la cama es muy cómoda. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estacion de trenes y muy cerca de las estaciones de autobus, en muy poco tiempo estás en el centro de luxemburgo.Relación calidad precio excelente
