Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Lage. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Keine Duschmatte in der Badewanne (hohe Sturzgefahr), mittelmäßige Matrazen, sehr kleiner Fernseher seitlich und recht tief abgestellt, sodass nicht beide Personen gut fernsehen können.

Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und bemüht! Das Hotel wird hervorragend geführt. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Endlich mal ein 4-Sterne Hotel, das tatsächlich den 4 Sternen gerecht wird.

Cons:

Die Stufen zum Zimmer nach 1 000 hm Bergsteigen. 🙄

Für eine Nacht lohnt sich das Hotel vielleicht wegen der Aussicht.
Pros:

Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf den Fluss und die Brücken war wirklich wunderschön und ganz klar der größte Pluspunkt des Hotels.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos, wirkte alt und wenig gemütlich. Auch die Kissen sollten dringend erneuert werden.
Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach: Es gab nur ein Stück Seife und Duschgel, und die in der Zimmerbeschreibung erwähnten Hausschuhe mussten wir erst an der Rezeption erfragen. Das Frühstück war eher schlicht und bestand nur aus kalten Speisen, was für einen längeren Tag in der Stadt recht wenig ist.
Auch der Service war nicht besonders herzlich oder hilfsbereit. Besonders unangenehm war, dass die Reinigungskräfte während unseres Aufenthalts ohne anzuklopfen einfach die Tür geöffnet haben. Das empfinden wir als absolut unzulässig.
Zusätzlich gab es auf dem Flur einen muffigen Geruch.
Wer nach dem Check-out noch Gepäck lagern möchte, sollte wissen, dass dies offenbar nicht möglich ist, da die Rezeption nicht durchgehend besetzt ist.
Für eine Nacht mag das Hotel wegen der Aussicht in Ordnung sein. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir es jedoch nicht noch einmal wählen.
