Pros:

Great entertainment for the kids. Food was nice, hotel was very clean. Shows were good at night time. Kids had an amazing time

La llegada al hotel y el recibimiento
Pros:

Los buffets eran bastante variados y la verdad es que hemos desayunado y cenado muy a gusto.
La habitacion amplia y limpia. Volveria.

Nada mas llegar, la recepcionista, llamada Natalia, se limito a coger los datos y le tuve que preguntar toda la informacion que deben otorgar a la llegada, horarios del restaurante, entradas a port aventura, parking, como funcionaba el traslado a port aventura.. ... Cuando fuimos a cenar, me pidieron la pulsera, la cual, dicha repecionista, habia obviado y tuve que bajar a por ella. Luego baje a preguntar por el wifi, ya que no me acorde y le dije algo como "se te ha olvidado decirme la contraseña del wifi, que tambien me lo tenias que haber dicho" y me contestó " usted no preguntó" y mi enfado por el trato de esta persona de dudable profesionalidad fue evidente.
El resto del trato del personal, fue exquisito....

Pros:

Fuimos a port aventura y estaba cerca del parque, el personal muy amable y el desayuno del bufet muy bien y variado, muchas gracias :-)

Cons:

Que eran menos 15 minutos para dejar la habitación y la chica de la limpieza entro al no enterarme que llamaron para limpiarla y le dije que aun no marchábamos estábamos acabando de recoger y ni me dijo vale nada ni nada puso mala cara y cerró la puerta, muy antipática ya que estaba con mis dos hijas pequeñas. Entiendo que si pago la habitación hasta las 11 de la mañana pues si salimos a esa hora esta dentro del horario. Es lo único que no me gustó pero entiendo que hay gente para todo🤔
