Déception
Pros:

Prétendument surclassé à l’hôtel Ponient dorada Palace, nous avons hérité d’une petite chambre avec un balcon minuscule, loin de la photographie du message envoyé Lors de la modification et loin de ce que nous avions réservé, initialement (voir photos jointes).
De plus, l’insonorisation était très médiocre, la télévision ne proposait aucune chaîne française et la restauration petit déjeuner était très moyenne au niveau qualité. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus et avons l’amère impression d’avoir été déclassé plutôt que surclassé.

Pros:

Il y a une navette juste devant l’hôtel et on arrive au parc en 10min c’est vraiment top

Cons:

Le lit censé être double est quand même un peu petit
La dame de l’accueil vraiment pas aimable
Le parking à 18€ par jour
Pas d’application sur la télé donc soit on regarde les chaînes espagnole soit rien du tout en 2025 quand même…

En general buena experiencia
Pros:

Lo mejor el personal en general, sobre todo en el restaurante, muy atentos y amables. El buffet bien, bastante variado. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Buena ubicación.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación mejorable. Muchos usuarios se saltan deliberadamente las normas de la piscina y nadie les llama la atención. El parking bastante caro.

Le personnel de l'accueil très agréable

Cons:

au bar ou au restaurant le personnel n'est pas du tout agréable .au bar on demande un demi (bière) on nous sert que la moitié du verre et on paye pour un verre plein car lors de la deuxième bière servie par une autre serveuse le verre était plein pour le même prix que le premier
