Pros:

Удобное расположение, пять минут пешком до станции, до центра города не более 20 минут на поезде. Также удобно, что прямая ветка до аэропорта, дорога также не занимает много времени. Магазин в 5-10 минутах ходьбы. Район тихий.
Замечательный персонал, все четко и быстро, на все вопросы и запросы реагируют сразу, большое спасибо!
Номер просторный, большая и удобная кровать, отличный сан.узел, чисто.
Считаю, что мне очень повезло проживать именно в этом отеле!

Cons:

В номере гладильная доска и утюг, но утюг был сломан, плохо отпаривал и гладил. Также не очень удобно, что в номере нет холодильника, но на ресепшене есть, можно попросить персонал оставить ваши продукты в нем.

O pequeno-almoço era agradável.

Cons:

Estava imenso calor no quarto e, como o hotel estava cheio, não mudaram o quarto. O ar-condicionado não funcionava e tínhamos uma ventoinha para substituí-lo. O barulho dos outros quartos ouvia-se como se as pessoas estivessem no nosso quarto. Foi uma barulheira até tarde e não se conseguia dormir. Na última noite, cerca das duas da manhã, bateram na porta do nosso quarto com toda a força. Até tive medo de abrir a porta. Era a polícia, a falar sueco (o que vale é que falavam inglês), cheia de perguntas. Era engano e lá foram para outro quarto. Enfim! Ficámos a pensar o que se passaria no hotel e com medo por ter os miúdos noutro piso em outro quarto.

Pros:

it was close to the public transportation and the staff was helpful

Cons:

The cleaning system didn’t work properly several times. I think instead of requiring guests to make a reservation for cleaning, the hotel should consider going back to the way of cleaning rooms regularly. The room cleaning itself was also not sufficient.
