Bra för det mesta.
Pros:

Priset och läget. Maten är vällagad men menyn är lite begränsad. Rymliga rum, höj och sänkbara sängar samt att man kan koppla telefonen till tv:n.

Cons:

Det är svårt att komma in med en rullstol på ett anpassat rum. Kräver att man har hjälp att komma in i rummet. Gardinerna går inte att öppna och stänga om man inte både kan stå och är lång. Ljudmiljön i restaurangen bullrig och kräver ljudabsorbenter. Toalettborsten går inte att få upp ur hållaren. Samma problem som för två år sedan.

Decent stay.
Pros:

Room was reasonably comf, good and quiet but bit light.
Breakfast was good as well.
Location close to train and company was nice.

Cons:

The bed was sagging.
Bar was rather basic.
Gym very small.

Problem efter problem…
Pros:

Personal som hjälpte när vi hade problem.

Cons:

Först och främst hade booking.com gjort bort sig och inte skickat in min bekräftelse på boendet, så enligt hotellet hade jag inget rum bokat. Personalen hjälpte mig och ordnade ett rum när jag kunde visa upp bekräftelsen, trots de hade fullbokat. Jag fick ett rum, men senare under kvällen kom 2 män in som visade sig ha fått samma rum som mig. Vi fick gå till receptionen och prata om det. Sen på frukosten dagen efter stod det en annan på mitt rumsnummer så det var nära att jag inte fick frukost… och frukosten hade jättelitet utbud och torra mackor.. personalen var så hjälpsamma och försökte hjälps oss med allt, men hotellet var katastrofvoch var mer ett 1-stjärnigt hotell än ett 4-stjärnigt.. rekommenderar ingen.

Perfekt plassering når man skulle besøke Kistamässan
Pros:

Alt i alt et hyggelig hotell, og vennlig personale. Frokosten var veldig bra, men vi trodde det var inkludert i prisen, så ble litt skuffet over at vi måtte betale ekstra for frokost. Middagen var også bra, men skulle ønske en litt større meny (kun 4 hovedretter å velge mellom)

at frokosten ikke var inkludert i prisen. Personalet var vennlig og flinke, men det virket som de var underbemannet til enhver tid, så det ble ofte litt venting.
