“Breakfast of kings-highlight”
Pros:

PROS :
1.Reception staff , were courteous and quick
2.Check-in process: fast; no hassles
3.Breakfast spread -fantastic…by far one of the best spreads.The staff at the restaurant were a true delight.Everyday they looked after my parents , while I was away at the conference. They were so very pleasant and courteous , even on our last day.
4.Bedroom was quite spacious to place luggage and comfortably fit a family of 3
5. 24x7 hot water
6.Room service was prompt in delivering food , although was on the pricier side
7.House keeping was prompt in setting up extra bed

Cons:

CONS:
1. Pool was a bit of a let down
2.The entry to the hotel is not seen from the main road and climbing up and down the steep entry way is also cumbersome
3.Room -tables were not clean and floors were a bit dirty
4.Some places the flooring was not levelled.This can be dangerous for elderly people .

Decent enough hotel but I’d say it’s a stretch to say it’s 5 star
Pros:

Good location to our wedding. Buffet breakfast was good. Some of the staff were nice and the rooms were really spacious.

Cons:

The shower was terrible, staff weren’t really up to the mark when it came to their understanding of English and there were long delays for requests. Also they would only allow one card per family which was inconvenient.

The concierge staff is rude

Pros:

The room was well furnished. The premises were excellently maintained. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of dishes.

Cons:

Of late we don't much see french toast which is one of our favourites. We wish it was available for breakfast.
