Pros:

Had a great time in Westin hotel, visited gym, lounge bar and Alphonso bar.
Hotel staff was amazing, bartender Jafet Carrillo provided great recommendations about local drinks.

Awesome Hotel Experience
Pros:

The room and housekeeping services were great. The staff was very responsive and everyone was friendly. The hotel room was very clean and they serviced the room promptly while I was attending company meetings. Gerbil Salas was assigned to housekeeping services for my room and everything was spotless. I would definitely recommend this Westin hotel to anyone visiting Lima.

Great staff
Pros:

What a great stay at the Westin! We felt so taken care of and the property was solid as well. Breakfast was the best way to start our day. Jhon, Jesus and Pablo were wonderful. My dad always wanted his coffee burning hot and they made sure that happened along with ensuring we had everything else we needed for breakfast. In the lounge, Sandra took great care of us. The property itself is nicely located with many restaurants around and the rooms are comfortable and modern. The Westin is amazing because of its staff - and for those of us who stay at hotels a lot, that’s make it or break it.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center has become my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Lima. I’ve returned more than once, and it consistently exceeds expectations. The amenities are excellent, and the breakfast buffet is truly a highlight fresh, plentiful, beautifully presented, and worth waking up early for. It's a must!

The rooms are impeccably clean every stay, and the overall attention to detail makes the experience feel both luxurious and comfortable. A special thank you to Llamaca, my housekeeper, who did an exceptional job and made the experience even better. I will absolutely continue coming back. Highly recommend!
