Отель не соответствует заявленным 4*: грязный, прокуренный номер, пыльные и грязные шторы и сломанная мебель. Про санузел - вообще молчу: страшно было пользоваться душевой кабиной, швы в ней покрыты плесенью, а таких застиранных серых полотенец не встречал уже давно, тем более, в 4-звездочном отеле.
Отель расположен в центре города у ж/д и автовокзала.
Порадовал ресторан отеля: вкусно накормили, персонал старался.

Мы вчера приехали с детьми ночью менеджер гостиницы отказалась нас заселят по загранпаспортам ( мы граждани РФ)
На каком основании администратор так и не сказала ! Я путешествую 15 лет и впервые встречаюсь с таким беспределом ! Ночью с тремя детьми искала гостиницу чтобы переночевать !

В целом все хорошо. Немного мешает шум от голоса диспетчера автовокзала под окнами. Советую максимально высокий этаж, чтобы не слышать автовокзал. Либо брать номер на обратной от него стороне)))

Хороший качественный отель. В номерах чисто. Завтраки стандартные, можно было и поразнообразнее.

Отель требует отделки уже. Ооочень эконом. Не похоже на Парк Инн. Неуютно. Но переночевать пойдёт :) ж/д тупик под окнами, хотя не часто гудел :)))

The staff here always welcome me with good care.

Просторный чистый номер, с хорошим видом из окна (14-ый этаж с видом на город). Очень порадовал в номере бесплатный бар с напитками. Отличный шведский завтрак с большим выбором блюд
И цена - очень комфортная

Все неплохо. Но отель расположен рядом со станцией и поезда мешают спать.

It was one day stay, and really liked this hotel. I'm planning yo stay in this hotel during my next visit to the Astrakhan. The guys at the reservation dede were very friendly and professionals. Ladies at the restaurant have excellent serving skills

I really enjoyed my staying in this wanderful place, the bed was so comfortable that i slept like a baby, hot water was always there (I'm saying this because hot water in winter is a bit of a problem for some other hotels in this city). Breakfast was tasty and all what i wanted of food was there.I'd advice my friends to stay at this place if they pass by this city. Everything was just perfect!Thank you Park Inn team.

Location is next to the train station and bus station which is convenient for those who travel by bus or train but on the other hand be prepared to listen to announcements in the train station at night.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious. The design is exactly what you expect in Park Inn (chain hotel).
Breakfast was good but dinner was a major disappointment.

We had a pre-booked group's dinner which consisted of cabbage salad, pasta with grated cheese and a few tiny shreds of fish and for dessert we got croissants! The tea and coffee was set on the table before we even came to eat. So by the time we were finished eating it was all cold.

After dinner I got a call in my room from the restaurant that some guests left not enough money for their drinks! I guess that called me because I was the only Russian- speaking person in our group.
To avoid any discussion, I came down to the restaurant staff and gave them that amount - for the services I never used (I did not order any drinks at all) and for the mistakes I never made (it is the responsibility of the restaurant staff to collect the money from guests and check everything on the spot).

It is a very bad business practice. So that dinner left a very bad aftertaste.

не соответствует цене и бренду : тапочек нет, состояние видавшее, стол в номере весь в пятнах от кружек , комары , грязь, халата нет, на завтраки очередь на места , сам завтрак скудный

Alles prima. Nur ist das Hotel per Navigation durch Google schwer erreichbar. Man muss nämlich über den Bahnhofsvorplatz fahren.

Чисто, самое лучшее предложение цена качество.

Our plane gaving landed in Astrakhan at 01.30 hrs and thus it was after 2.00 in the morning by the time we reached our hotel. A group of men were checking in before us, with countless arguments over costs and dates of stay with the ever-courteous receptionist, Kayrat. During the lengthy discussions, this sole receptionist kept cool and courteous while trying to cope with his six obstreperous customers. We would not have been so patient with them, had we been the ones behind the counter.
Once it was our turn, Kayrat quickly completed the requisite formalities and we were soon able to occupy our vast and very comfortable room on the 12th floor. The bathroom is large and well lit. Liquid soap is provided for wash basin and shower and there is a hair dryer. The room itself is really large, there was no noise from the railway and, being in the side of the building away from the hot sun, this fact - plus effective air conditioning - made it refreshingly cool after a long hot day spent sightseeing in this delightful city.
Breakfast was extensive and here, too, the staff were enormously helpful.

If you travel for business trip where you do not really stay in hotel apart from sleeping then I suggest to book it.

Pros:
Location is ok and as advantage you will have Yarmarka mall across the street with food court , big supermarket , drugstore and shops.
Hotel has big parking area in front
Room is fine and quite big with wide big window.
You can use public iron table (I had it on 8th floor)
Not bad breakfast

Cons:
Nearby is train station and once I woke up @ 6 am because of loud announcement
It is far form city center
Strange smell from towel - looks like it was stored somewhere for a while before hanged in bathroom

The location next to the train station is a bit annoying as you can hear the noise since the very early morning. However, there is a good mall with nice stores facing the hotel. If you book a standard room, you won't have a mini bar.

Okay, but lower end of majority of Park Inn hotel I have stayed in.

I suggest to do some cosmetic repairs in the rooms (for example to repair of fitted carpet.) - if it is possible.
Change of TV set's, because the existent size of televisions is very small.
The breakfasts at this moment is badly than last year.
