Un detalle que arruina la experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y tranquila; el restaurante saya y su atención es lo máximo.

Cons:

Lo incomodo de sis almohadas, se hunden y no sostienen adecuadamente la cabeza ni el cuello creo que están demasiado viejas y no se puede dormir bien, la limpieza no estuvo buena el cuarto tenía un olor a guardado horrible y no se llevaron la botella de agua vacía la escondieron detrás de las cortinas de la habitación!!

Excellent Hotel - highly recommend
Pros:

Great staff, great hotel in great area. Special thanks to Frank at front desk for trying to help with our Latam flights.
Only opportunity for any improvement was that the cleaning staff did not leave our water, and yesterday did not clean or leave any towels. Thankyou for having us we will definitely recommend

Comfortable stay in San Isidro
Pros:

Nice location in San Isidro. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful restaurant for breakfast and dinner with outdoor seating. Staff was very kind and accommodating.

Wonderful
Pros:

The hotel is amazing, amazing staff especially Frank he helped us explore everything Lima has to offer with the best suggestions on where to go, what to see and what to absolutely not miss. The breakfast is also wonderful ! I can’t wait to come back to Lima and stay here again !
