Lima cozy nice place
Pros:

Really enjoy rooms confort and cleaness is impecable. Very cozy and I highlight that I did arrive like 2am and someone was expecting me and also had a special request for my health, which was promptly managed - i did appreciate. Very good breakfast, altough miss less sweet fruits to balance delicious bread and jam ;)

Poorly treated and won’t be returning

Hotel in a great location and looks very smart

Cons:

Received text as boarding internal flight to Lima to say room no longer available. Were diverted to a sister hotel, which was fine in itself but not the sort of hotel we would normally choose to stay in (big, corporate and soul-less despite pleasant and helpful staff). No reason given for change so did not feel a valued customer. Very disappointing.

Pros:

Me encantó fue el servicio (de recepción y en restaurante). Los desayunos -incluido el lunch box- y las cenas, fueron deliciosos y abundantes; las instalaciones y la ubicación fueron excelentes

hôtel propre, grande chambre , restauration de qualité

chambre spacieuse , déco de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner et dîner excellent , propreté , amabilité du personnel de restauration

Cons:

personnel de l’accueil moyennement aimable et pas avenant, l’accueil dénote du reste de l’hôtel et du personnel
petit déjeuner pas en place avant 7h15 alors que tout le monde se lève tôt et arrive au petit déjeuner vers 6h30 / 6h45
