Buena ubicación!
Pros:

El hotel es agradable, cómodo y bien ubicado, ya nos hemos alojado antes y su concepto boutique hace la estancia muy placentera

Cons:

Lamentablemente en esta ocasión el personal era nuevo y no tenían clara la información a brindar. Otro incidente fue que encontramos una media en la habitación que no era nuestra.

A peaceful gem in Lima — exceptional service and comfort
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel in San Isidro from December 22nd through January 7th and were genuinely blown away by the entire experience. After such a long stay, we got a real feel for the place, and honestly, it was perfect for what we needed.

The location struck the right balance: residential and quiet, yet surrounded by excellent restaurants, charming cafes, independent boutiques, and a grocery store just a block away. It offered a calm, safe retreat after days spent out and about visiting family or exploring the city.

But what made our stay truly special was the team. Everyone we encountered, from front desk to housekeeping, was warm, attentive, and kind. We always felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Barnaby, Shirley, Braulio, and the rest of the team, who were consistently gracious and helpful. On one occasion, we needed to leave Lima for a few days but planned to return and didn’t want to fully move out of the room, we were offered a very thoughtful solution that made things so much easier for us. That level of proactiveness and hospitality really stayed with us.

The room was clean, the bed so comfortable, and the hotel amenities well-maintained throughout. Every interaction, from a simple good morning to the more complex logistics, was handled with care and kindness. We felt at home.

We’re deeply grateful to the entire team for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located place to stay in Lima. Truly an amazing value.

Excelente hospedagem em San Isidro
Pros:

Quarto muito amplo e confortável. Equipe muito amável e eficiente. Café da manhã muito bom. Bons drinks no bar, bartender muito smpático e agradável. Excelente localização. O hotel é muito aconchegante.

Cons:

A única coisa que melhoraria é o fato de não haver porta para o banheiro completo, apenas a cabine com o vaso sanitário tem porta, a ducha e a pia ficam abertos. É um pouco incômodo isto, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estada.

I got an upgrade for free, early check-in and free breakfast! Room was spacious
