Pros:

Seriously have nothing but amazing things to say about our stay here!! The room was perfect and very clean. There was free water, slippers, and coffee each day for us. Helena was so attentive and kind - making sure everything was perfect each day + giving so many options for beach clubs and excursions in Santorini. The location was very walkable and close to the bus station + downtown Fira. Breakfast delivered to the room was such a treat. I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone wanting to enjoy their time in Santorini and we will definitely be returning here!!

Pros:

Certainly not the 5* hotel advertised but still ended up enjoying our stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Were placed in pretty basic room initially but managed to get upgrade after the first night. The poolside suite was pretty good choice. Pool was refreshing but needs a good clean - very few using it most of time so like having a private villa. Daybeds looking a bit worn. Breakfasts were very expensive and delivered to room. Whilst hotel lists some amenities such as bar, restaurant and spa, these are either closed (bar/restaurant) or ordered in (spa) even in peak season. Hotel is also on quite a busy road so plenty of road noise. About 10min walk into town (uphill going). Easy parking next to hotel. Had to complain about some guests who made excessive noise at night. Overall, mixed review but we enjoyed the stay due to upgraded room and staff.

Pros:

Great hotel with staff that really care about your stay! Pool area is nice with comfortable loungers & rooms are fantastic, nice big lounge area with TV, comfortable beds and a nice shower. Location is also a 5 min walk to fira center. To highlight, on the day of check in, they gave us our room already in the morning and at the day of check out, after checkout we were even given the opportunity to take a shower in a spare room.
