Pros:

The room was quite spacious and it had a sliding door that could be used to partition it in two (still big) parts, actually creating two bedrooms. It also featured a nice balcony with a table and chairs.
The two swimming pools were also superb, with nice surrounding areas. There was also the option of laying in the beach instead - there were also lounges and parasols/trees creating nice shades. Swimming in the sea is also a great option (just be mindful that the pebbles can hurt your feet if you are only used to sand; also, beware that it gets deep very fast).
There is a ping pong table and volleyball courts.
The buffet was sufficiently diversified, and the services therein very good - all empty food trays were replaced in a matter of seconds, and the staff would come to your table quite often to take away any dirty plates that were no longer being used. The food was a nice mix of local specialties and more generic dishes, and if you wanted you could dine al fresco as there were some tables in fron of the pool.
In general, the facilities are very clean and well kept.
On Thursday there was live music, which made for a different evening.

Cons:

There is nothing I can say I actually disliked.
In any case, If I might give a couple of suggestions, it would have been nice for some cocktails to be included (even if just a couple per person per week), and perhaps some ice-cream for the kids (it was quite hot). It would also be nice to reopen the mini market that I undesrtand used to exist in the resort. Please note however that there is one a very short walk away - so it is more of a nice-to-have than a real need.
Some info about the bus routes and timetables to Chania and the airport would have been useful as well.
Finally, it might be advisable to explicitly remind all guests upon their arrival (in spite of there being signs all around the pools) that it is forbidden to reserve the loungers. There were days in which most of them would be reserved (specially on the beach side) with no one in sight. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault - but If the reservations persist, the policy might have to be more strongly enforced.
All in all this was a great stay - will miss this place!

Het eten.
Het ontbijt was goed
Het middag- en avondeten viel tegen.
Soms werd het eten van de middag gemengd met pasta en zo weer aangeboden.
Soms was het eten ook koud.
Als fruit was het hoofdzakelijk watermeloen.
We wisten op voorrand wat de All in betekende maar dat viel wel tegen .
Spijtig want het is een toplocatie met een top infrastructuur.

Fantastisk
Pros:

Stort, fräscht rum med havet precis utanför. Poolen var stor och ren. Personalen var väldigt duktiga och tillmötesgående. Stort tack till Eleni, en härlig kvinna som fick oss att skratta massor!

Cons:

Det enda man måste vara medveten om är att man borde ha bil om man vill kunna ta sig till de finare stränderna. Maten var lite för anpassad för alla, så inte så mycket smak som man skulle kunna förvänta sig av det kretanska köket.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage die augenscheinlich laufend gewartet wird. Sehr gutes Buffet zu allen Zeiten. Selbst beim Frühstück gab es jeden Tag einige andere Sachen.

Cons:

Das All Inclusive Getränkeangebot könnte etwas erweitert werden in Bezug auf Auswahl und Zeit, für den gebotenen Preis aber vermutlich nicht möglich. Ich wäre aber gerne Bereit ein paar Euro mehr zu bezahlen.

Bardzo miło spędziliśmy 10 dniowy pobyt w pokoju 85.
Pros:

Położenie hotelu idealne: bardzo dobre warunki do wypoczynku bardzo cicho i przyjemnie. Pokoje przestronne z idealnym widokiem na plażę hotelową i morze. Wystarczająca ilość leżaków na plaży i przy basenie. Posiłki bardzo dobre. Miła obsługa, dbająca o czystość w pokojach i na terenie obiektu.

Cons:

Serwowane posiłki mogły by być cieplejsze.

Calm place with picturesque views
Pros:

Wonderful location, sea view from the room, delicious food, playground for kids - everything was fantastic! We also visited botanical garden which is not far from the hotel (17km) and it was lovely.

Cons:

Mosquitoes, but we had mosquito spray with us.
