La habitación no fue limpiada en los dos días que estuve allí, las chicas pasaron a intentar limpiar a las 18 de la tarde del día siguiente. Bastante horrible.
La comida del desayuno y de la carta del restaurante bastante mala, no de sabor, sino de calidad.
Como aspecto bueno, las chicas de recepción me realizaron el registro de extranjeros que muchos hoteles se niegan a hacer.
The hotel is lovely and bedroom is clean and modern inside, but there a lot of things that let it down.
The parking area is very uneven and slopes down so it is easy to damage skirt on cars, and it's not secure either
You have to pay extra for the swimming pool
The room was on 3rd floor even though the hotel was virtually empty, so bags had to be carried upstairs. No lift
There are only 2 sockets on one side of bed, and they aren't within reaching distance for charger cable
The hotel is next to road so with window open when it was hot at night you heard constant traffic
Description says there are restaurants on the premises, but chef goes home at 6pm!
The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly or helpful as regards places to find food as there are places nearby. Said could order delivery pizza or similar. Breakfast was nothing special either. Her usual answer to questions was " I don't know" and seemed disinterested in everything except copying my passport and receiving payment for room.
As hotel is far from centre of city - approx 3km by car - I was glad I only stayed one night just passing through. The tv channels weren't working due to poor signal
Волосы в джакузи. Завтрак... Ужас... Омлет горелый, запеканка, огурцы, помидоры, компот, один вид самого дёшевого сыра и колбасы...
Хватит иностранцев читать... Которые пишут отзывы... Сауна у них там есть... Там и всё.. А гостиница по боку..

Лучшая кровать, когда-либо встречавшаяся в отелях, грамотная планировка номера, свежая сантехника, но не без недостатков, очень плотный завтрак, звукоизоляция не на высоте

My stay at Shato city was quick only one night during the soccer World Cup. The staff was friendly, pleasing and coordinated drivers for my needs. The only thing they need to work is on there breakfast buffet variety. No eggs, they had nice pancakes but no syrup or honey to put on, the rest was fine.

Location, while not fwr away, the neighborhood is not nice. By a main road. No shops. No transportation. Safe though.

Service was good, the rom was in good condition. Language difficulties may be the case if you try to speak english, friendly personel though
Great staff re help you print itineraries, call cabs, etc. Even though it feels a bit away from the main part of NN, you really are only a 10 minute walk to the "2" cable car (16 rubles) for a 20 minute ride to NN's Kremlin and Volga Riverfront. If you visit NN, please stop by Central Bar. Great cafe/bar with lounge vibe. You will not be disappointed.
