Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bogotá. From arrival to departure, everything exceeded our expectations. The front desk team was professional and welcoming, Oscar was exceptional — truly going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Ivan at concierge was helpful in guiding us on places to visit in the city. The Executive Lounge staff were impeccable and attentive, and Laura at the restaurant on the lower floor also provided excellent service.
Breakfast was delicious with great variety, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the rooftop bar offered a great atmosphere.
Overall, a truly enjoyable stay, and we look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Pros:

El hotel en general nos gustó mucho, excelente servicio al cliente, excelente disponibilidad de transporte y excelente ubicación, room service muy bueno. El masaje del SPA es maravilloso. Cuartos muy cómodos. El desayuno buffet está bien pero puede mejorar, más variedad sobre todo de verduras.

Una unica puerta,.... baño y guarda ropa juntos.
Pros:

La habitación amplia y buen desayuno.

Cons:

La puerta del baño no está propiamente dentro del baño, está al ingreso del pasillo donde se guarda la ropa,..... por lo que si uno usaba el baño la otra persona no podía ingresar a sacar la ropa o usar la caja de seguridad.

Perfect start of my day
Pros:

Came down for my favorite coffee while in Bogota. Had also a croissant. But really the best of all was the service I received from Edward this morning. But everyone is really attentive and accommodating.

Excellent stay at an excellent hotel
Pros:

We've stayed at a few Hilton hotels around the world and this is one of the best.
Whilst the brand itself is not the luxury brand it used to be, the Hilton Bogota reminded us of what it used to be like.
The Executive King room was spacious and had a good bathroom with a lovely and well designed shower.
The only flaw was the carpeting, which needs a deep clean. Also, the room on the 14th floor had a zooming noise that we were told comes from the kitchen ventilation and runs 24/7. We were transfered after complaining about this to the 13th floor, which was nice and quiet. The tv offered multiple English speaking channels, which is rare in Colombia.
The executive lounge was excellent and offered a wide variety of food and drinks that were refreshend regularly.
Breakfast was also very good and never too busy.
We didn't get to use the gym and pool but both were quite big, the gym could however use some equipment for back workouts, but definitely had good equipment.
Overal the service in the hotel was excellent and very client focussed, every need was taken care of with a big smile!
Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful, we hope to be back.

Wonderful and hospitable!
Pros:

The hotel is wonderful but the service is better. Edward is wonderful and makes the best coffee and is very warm and welcoming. It is five star service and he is excellent!

I’ll be looking for another hotel next time.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The waitress was very attentive and very nice.

Cons:

I called for room service on my next to last day. No one answered. I then contacted the front desk to see if they could help me. No answer either. I gave up.
