Location was OK. Also, the concierge has been very helpful.

Cons:

First of all, they made a 'mistake' and charged me about 60 USD, in excess. I haven't received back the balance, yet. If you need hot water, prepare for at least 5' of waiting, especially if it is early in the morning and you are in a hurry to get to the airport. Breakfast is highly overrated and pretty poor, in options.
Overall, you have better options, for the price Hilton is asking.

Este es uno de esos casos raros en los que realmente todo nos gustó.

Viajábamos en familia grande, por lo que reservamos dos habitaciones. Lamentablemente no fue posible tenerlas en el mismo piso, pero cada una por separado resultó muy cómoda. Todo estaba limpio, las habitaciones eran confortables, había suficientes toallas y el agua caliente funcionaba perfectamente.

El room service también funciona de maravilla. Nos encantó especialmente la opción de poder pagar el pedido de inmediato, para no perder tiempo durante el check-out.

Otro punto muy importante: aunque en la reserva se indicó una tarjeta, nadie intentó hacer cargos sin autorización. Esto es un gran плюс para nosotros, ya que hemos tenido problemas con otras grandes cadenas hoteleras. Aquí no hubo sorpresas desagradables: pagamos todo en el check-in y después no tuvimos que preocuparnos por cargos adicionales inesperados.

El desayuno en el restaurante es simplemente espectacular — incluso mejor que en muchos hoteles de cinco estrellas.
Lo único que podría mejorar: el café es un poco flojo 😄 Pero nada que no se solucione tomando dos o tres tazas.

En unas semanas tendremos que volver a la ciudad y sin duda volveremos a reservar este mismo hotel.

Os funcionários do restaurante La Ventana são muito simpáticos e prestativos,

Não há um espaço de coworking. Não há uma sala de descanso em que os hóspedes possam sentar para conversar, ler, etc.
Neste hotel a única opção é ficar no quarto, na academia ou na piscina.
Na minha estadia, no 1o, dia, os frascos de sabonete líquido no banheiro estavam quase vazios.
No segundo dia e manhã do 3o. dia tive que tomar banho com shampoo visto que nenhum frasco do box continha sabonete e não era possível remanejar o frasco da pia porque os mesmos ficam presos no dispenser.

I have the good fortune of staying at the Bogota Hilton frequently, and it remains one of my favorite hotels worldwide. This most recent visit was nothing short of exceptional, proving once again why this property is a standout.

* The Arrival & Room: From the warm welcome at check-in to finding my preferred room type immaculately prepared, the transition from a long flight to total comfort was seamless. The bed, as always, provided a perfect night’s sleep.

* Breakfast: Starting the day here feels like being greeted by family. The strong Colombian coffee prepared by Victor or Edward is a must, paired perfectly with their selection of fresh local fruit juices and pastries.

* Wellness: I was impressed by the recently upgraded gym. The onsite trainers Javier and John are outstanding, providing helpful tips and assistance that really elevate the workout experience.

* Service: Whether it was the prompt and efficient room service or the smooth, effortless checkout, every interaction was handled with genuine kindness. Big thanks to Angie, ensuring every stay is perfect.

Very nice hotel, good staff, very clean, good gym

The cleaningness, and the staff is very good.

Cons:

The wifi wasn't very good. Booking a transportation to get picked-up from the airport wasn't followed up with. The pre-reservation experience was not great, I asked 3 times to charge my card and they only charged 1 out of 4 reservations. The timing of the charge wasn't precise.

La Habitación muy buena, la limpieza de las instalaciones, buen desayuno y buen menú

Al llegar cobran de más, ya que no utilizan el cambio a dólar oficial, sino q calculan a una tasa q ellos deciden, casi 80$ de más me cobraron y tuve que ir 3 veces a reclamar para que me devolvieran la diferencia. Muy mala esa experiencia

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bogotá. From arrival to departure, everything exceeded our expectations. The front desk team was professional and welcoming, Oscar was exceptional — truly going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Ivan at concierge was helpful in guiding us on places to visit in the city. The Executive Lounge staff were impeccable and attentive, and Laura at the restaurant on the lower floor also provided excellent service.
Breakfast was delicious with great variety, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the rooftop bar offered a great atmosphere.
Overall, a truly enjoyable stay, and we look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

El hotel en general nos gustó mucho, excelente servicio al cliente, excelente disponibilidad de transporte y excelente ubicación, room service muy bueno. El masaje del SPA es maravilloso. Cuartos muy cómodos. El desayuno buffet está bien pero puede mejorar, más variedad sobre todo de verduras.
