Dostaliśmy upgrade pokoju co było niezwykle miłe, czystość pokoi - na najwyższym poziomie, śniadanie naprawdę smaczne, super wewnętrzna komunikacja / personal-klient - niezwykle szybka pomoc. Genialne widoki, genialne plaże, cisza i spokój - jeśli tego szukasz, to trafiłeś idealnie

Cons:

Ceny absolutnie wszystkiego, co jest już poza pakietem startowym/ napoje/ przekąski - drogie/ jakość vs cena, lekko przesadzone. Lokalizacja, dla niektórych na pewno atut jeśli szukasz spokoju i daleko od miasta. Tutaj trzeba pamiętać, że jest to ok 20-min od centrum i żadnego pobliskiego sklepu apteki w pobliżu. Poza tym naprawdę super miejsce.

Almost perfect getaway
Pros:

Location is amazing, the territory is so beautiful - everything is green, relaxing areas/terrace, candles in the evening. Breakfast was really good, always fresh juice and bubbles, variety of the sweets/pastry. Jacuzzi with amazing view, especially on sunset. Two beaches - sandy and cliff. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stable WiFi connection. Easy communication with the reception via WhatsApp. Very quite and relaxing atmosphere

Cons:

- We never got a single check for our orders, meals, drinks, etc., at the end you get a bill with total amounts and if you are not tracking it yourself, you might end up with several items added. We had to go through everything at reception and remove some of the items. Another guest next to us had the same problem. I really hope it is not intentional
- We had asked for massages and it was really small area, where one doesn’t have a chance to relax afterwards and drink some tea or water. You just get kicked out afterwards
- Only one restaurant on the property, and especially for a picky eater the options are very limited. The menu was the same everyday and got very boring during our stay.
- The place really needs renovation and modernisation. Old appliances, limescale in the bathroom, rusty and broken sun beds. The hotel is charging for luxury but doesn’t match expectations. First day in one of our rooms we have discovered - the door could be easily opened without a key and leaking bidet. Resolving this required back and forth communication with the staff. But the water on the floor in the bathroom could have been noticed beforehand during the cleaning, couldn’t it? Also not critical, but it seems the hotel buys the cheapest toilet paper
- The sandy beach is great, but half of it is open for public. The toilet was only for the hotel guests, so I guess non-guests were doing it in the sea. Also no changing rooms on the beach.
- Some of personnel don’t speak English. After saying “I don’t speak English” and having an awkward moment, they would just leave.
- Only 2 small bottles of complimentary water per day. And no convenience store on the property. We are just used to free water in the hotels of that level. This was very surprising for us


In general we had only good memories about our stay. Just hope the hotel will be able to improve something based on our review

Breathtaking Views!
Pros:

The seaside property of Minareto in Siracusa is one that you must experience! It is such a beautiful property, with views of Ortigia, a terrace that cascades right down to the sea, gorgeous flora and sunsets that are beyond breathtaking. Staff was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Hotel for Luxury and Local to Ortigia
Pros:

My partner and I came for 2 nights in our Sicily trip as a “treat” 5 ✰ luxury stay. We were not disappointed! The whole resort, restaurant, beaches and rooms were all outstanding. We used the boat taxi both days which was €25 return per person and worth it for the convenience of not having to drive and park and it was an experience in itself! We loved it and would definitely go back.

Würden wir wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Restaurant mit Frühstück, Abendessen und Service war perfekt!
Der Sandstrand ist etwas eng mit vielen Liegen. Der "Felsenstrand" ist sehr spektakulär.
Das Design des Hotels und insbesondere der Gartenanlage ist sehr stylish, durchdacht und auf sehr hohem Niveau.
Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf Syrakus. Mit dem Auto etwas entfernt - ca. 20 min. Das Hotel bietet auch ein Shuttleboot an.

Cons:

Am Pool gab es zerrissene Auflagen bei den Liegen. Es gab zerbrochene Blumentöpfe. Dies sind kleine Mängel, aber bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das nicht nötig.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war im Gegensatz zu allen anderen etwas kühl und distanziert.
