מלון מעולה, בין הטובים שהיינו בו. פסיליטיז שווים, שירות חנייה, בריכה, שני חופים, חדר כושר, ג׳קוזי 24/7. הצוות ממש טוב ונחמד, כולם שירותים מאוד. יש שירות מעבורת לאי של אורטיג׳ה, הלוך חזור עלה 25 יורו. המסעדה במלון גם ממש טובה וגם הארוחת בוקר מפנקת מאוד. יש גם שירות הזמנות של אוכל שרובו 24/7.

Cons:

המחירים של האוכל במסעדה היו קצת יקרים, אבל האוכל היה ממש טוב אז זה שווה את הכסף

Extraordinary and Luxurious Property on Beach with Wonderful Staff.
Pros:

The hotel is flawless. The front desk staff and all the staff are very nice and helpful. The property is magnificent, immaculate, and beautifully designed. Our villa was fantastic and spacious. And the beach and views are remarkable.

Le personnel est adorable
Les extérieurs de l’hôtel sont très beau

Cons:

Déception sur la propreté : chambre poussiéreuse et odeur de renfermé. Les sanitaires sont usés et dysfonctionnels (impossible de régler l'eau de la douche).

Chambre de grande taille avec une vue magnifique sur Ortigia
Bcp plus spacieux que la moyenne des juniors suites

Cons:

Personnel très médiocre - soit par manque de formation soit par manque de management
Attente de 25-30' pour récupérer sa voiture même en prévenant à l'avance
Service très approximatif dans tous les restaurants - l'eau arrive froide pour le thé, l'apéritif après l'entrée..
Plage / transats mal nettoyée le matin ( capsule de bouteilles, mégots)

A great stay in a very good and comfortable hotel located in one of the most beautiful places in Syracuse
Pros:

The marvellous location. A very beautiful and comfortable hotel situated in a cliff with two private beaches, one of sand and the other of rocks. Amazing place. Personal really nice and kind, just like the people of Sicilia.

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest to improve are the pool loungers.

Beautiful location, lovely staff but too many extras to pay
Pros:

The hotel s location is absolutely stunning.
It is on a cliff across the bay from The old town of Syracusa
It is beautifully maintained, spacious and clean
We had our own little ground floor bungalow overlooking the bay and it was very comfortable and air conditioned. It was cleaned every day
The staff were very courteous and polite
The buffet breakfast was outstanding, fresh delicious food in abundance every morning
The main restaurant ( dinner) was beautifully located on the terrace overlooking the horse shoe beach and the food was excellent and the staff were efficient and lovely ( Michele , Carla , Martina , I can’t remember all the names but they were super)
The only thing that prevents me giving 5 stars is the remoteness of the hotel
And the lack of availability of snacks and drinks of any kind except through the WhatsApp system
Even water was €5
There was a tea/ coffee facility in the room but to have milk was €4 each time ordered to the room
Also lunch , there is no beach snack bar eg smoothies, ice reams , pizza, toasties chips etc that you might normally have if you have half board. You have to order on the WhatsApp which for most people ( including ourselves) was very expensive. Eg A salad was €26 !! So all the extras really did add up for us
Although the food was very nice for dinner, there is no dinner buffet there is only à la carte so for 7 nights this becomes very repetitive. Particularly for me a vegetarian and having no access to à shop where I would normally buy fruit cheese yogurt etc if the menu was limited ( I do realise that is my specific preference so would not effect most) But most hotels have some kind of shop to buy snacks, toiletries suncream etc but there is nothing nearby
I saw on Google maps that there was a mini market 6 minutes drive away so I enquired at reception about getting a taxi there but was told it would cost me €60-€70 as the taxi had to come out from Syracusa!! So , no thanks
So , overall I feel Minareto would be a fabulous place to stay for 2-3 nights but not a week
