Christian was amazing. This hotel is very nice and calm. The rooftop is gorgeous and Christian made sure everything I needed was provided. Breakfast was good. The internet was the only thing that was not good.

Architectural gem of an oasis.
Pros:

A beautifully restored old school or religious house which is very central. Spacious and calm. Sound of courtyard fountain and ornamental pool featuring a passerelle leading to one of the dining rooms. Only irritation was the rickety dispensing water machine. Much of the water splashed onto the old tiled floor. No tea and coffee facility (a kettle) in the main lobby. The kitchen was not always open for beverages. For example, one evening repainting was going on. All other hotels on our seven weeks' of travel had hot water dispensers together with tea/coffee available without having to fetch the staff.

Pros:

Very warm friendly and helpful staff who us feel as if we were honoured guest in our private home. Everyone couldn't do enough for us even making the hotel wheelchair accessible. We comend all the staff who specially arranged everything to make us feel as comfortable and at home as possible, in particular "Luis" who went out of his way to help us fulfill all of our needs and requirements with great patience. Thank you for looking after us and we look forward to meeting you all again in the not too distance future.

Too many wonderful things to say about Hotel Quadrifolio. My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Cartagena and this hotel was the perfect one for us. All of the reviews are true - the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your requests and to make your stay the best one you could possibly have. They helped us arrange tours, brought us little gifts to celebrate our special occasion, and made every breakfast, cocktail, and meal exceptional.

We communicated on WhatsApp, even to order room service, and every request was answered promptly and thoroughly. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we return to Cartagena.

Thank you to all the staff for your incredible service, and shouts to Señora Carmen, Luis, Alice, John, Fernando, Eduardo and Darío for being exceptional.
