Für unseren Kurzurlaub war alles super. Wir konnten es sehr genießen.
Pros:

Digitaler Check-In und -Out hat super funktioniert. WLAN und Reinigungsservice mussten wir aus Gründen der kurzen Dauer nicht nutzen. Die Lage war super - Altstadt in 5-8min erreichbar. Schön sauber alles. Sogar mit Balkon - für den Sommer optimal.

Cons:

Sauna zum Anmelden und nur bis 21 Uhr. Konnten das somit leider nicht nutzen - hätte ich aber gerne getestet. Gerne hätten wir das Frühstück von dort probiert, jedoch gibt es das Frühstück erst ab April, was auch wegen der Besucherzahl verständlich ist.

Nie wieder.
Cons:

Mir wurde bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt das ich Hausverbot habe und was mir angeblich persönlich mitgeteilt wurde, was ich ja angeblich wissen würde? Am Telefon wurde ich angegangen und unhöflich behandelt.
Bei meinem letzen Aufenthalt, durfte ich sogar verlängern was kein Problem war, weil alles gut war.
Also wenn man dem Personal oder dem Chef vor Ort nicht passt, wird man angemacht & bekommt Hausverbot.

Pros:

The location is great, the room was clean and pleasant, the bed comfortable. Check in was easy and not complicated.

There was a strange smell each time we came into the room, so we had to keep the windows open for some time.

Günstige, zentral gelegene ruhige Unterkunft
Pros:

Moderne Einrichtung, bequemes Bett, sehr großer Balkon, einfaches Einchecken - super Preis. Top Lage, Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Generell nix zu beanstanden, find nur die Tiefgaragen Parkgebühr etwas hoch, aber muss man ja nicht nutzen.

Pros:

Unkomplizierter, moderner self Check in auch für Ü60 machbar.
Sehr angenehme, ruhige Lage und dabei 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt.
In der Miniküche alles da was es für Selbstversorgung ohne kochen braucht.
Sehr sauber.
Werde gerne wieder buchen.

Top Aufenthalt mit 3 Nächten Verlängerung - man hat seine Ruhe.
Küche klein aber fein - ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Fehlerhaftes Selbst-Check-In/ Miserabler Kundenservice

Der Selbst-Check-In hat nicht funktioniert. Ich habe es um 15:20h mehrfach probiert und es kam nur die Fehlermeldung, dass ich es nach 15h nochmal probieren sollte, da Check-In erst ab 15h möglich sei. Es war aber 15:20h Als ich beim Hotel anrief, hat ein unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter nur mitgeteilt, dass er das prüfen würde. Keine Entschuldigung oder eine Info, was die nächsten Schritte sind oder ein Rückruf. Als ich es dann einfach erneut probiert habe, funktionierte es aber. Kundenservice geht trotzdem anders, weswegen ich das Boardinghaus nicht empfehlen kann und definitiv nicht wieder komme. Dafür gibt es in der Preisklasse bessere Alternativen in Konstanz.
