Great stay overall, in spite of the automatic checkin.
Pros:

Large room, aircon was wonderful, loved the porch, also the storage space for bikes.

Cons:

Our key didn’t open the garage so we had to go inside through the hotel and open the garage door. No staff on site, so no way to get it fixed in a timely manner.

Prima, vergeet geen parkeerplaats bij te reserveren, dat is wel heel fijn

Pros:

"The hotel was in an excellent location. It is just a two-minute walk to the bus station, or ten minutes on foot to the city center."

Cons:

There were several problems with the check-in. We arrived at 17:30 and had to do a digital check-in using only a bank card. No one was there to help us in person, nor could anyone assist us by phone. We had to manage everything via email through Booking.com. There were also issues with the climate control. With so many problems, they should have at least left instructions for the guests on how to resolve these issues.
