Wouldn't bother, not great!
Pros:

Arrived late at night, 1 person checking in so took forever. Was asked if I wanted a cot for the baby, I explained that I'd already pre booked this and they told me they would bring one up. Waited until midnight and still no cot despite asking twice and was told it was being put together. In the morning I asked again and was told it was too big for the room! So had to make do with little one sleeping between us on the beds. I also asked for a low floor as I was worried about little one on the balcony, we got put on the top floor.
This hotel is very geared towards the Spanish and French, many people seemed to be stopping for just short periods of time rather than a full holiday. Large groups of people on arranged trips which made mealtimes a nightmare. Long queues to get into restaurant and many of the guests appeared to have zero manners. Pushing in, snatching plates full of food when it was bought out, pushing kids out of the way to get what they want. It was worse than a cattle market.
Food was ok for a 3 star but often luke warm and much of the same every day. Many times there were no bowls or spoons and you ended up eating with a wooden ice cream spoon!
The pool was nice but people reserved sunbeds from very early, many days we noticed towels out until nearly teatime before people made an appearance.
Entertainment virtually non existent and nothing on over the weekend.
'Kids disco' round the pool consisted of a speaker playing UB40 and Michael Jackson, not really aimed at kids!
Majority of the staff seemed very unhappy and grumpy. Only 1 or 2 had a smile and were welcoming. The English are definitely not made to feel welcome yet despite what people say about us British folk at least we have manners at mealtimes and know how to wait our turn and put rubbish in the bins rather than just throw on the floor!

Vacaciones relajantes.
Pros:

La ubicacion,la comida pasable.
La habitacion y la cama bien.
He podido descansar bien,se oian poco ruidos externos y no habia mucha bulla.

Cons:

Que no hubiera mas variedades en leche vegetal:avena,almendras, etc.
La tarjeta de la habitacion me causo problemas para abrir.
No me gusto que tuviera bañera y sin agarradero.

Pros:

Il ya une bonne ambiance c’est très animé, il ya des soirée assez sympathique. Avec un espace chaleureux et une piscine très plaisante

Cons:

Il y a énormément de bruit, pas de calme, et pas assez bien isolé on entend les enfants crié très tôt et parfois assez tard dans la soirée si vous voulez un endroit pour vous détendre en couple ou entre amis je ne sais pas si c’est le meilleur endroit.

Le fait que ce soit spacieux, beau, la baignoire, la grande terrasse
La femme de menage passe tous les jours

Cons:

Il y a que le sol qui n'est pas très propre, beaucoup de poussière et de peluches sinon le reste est très propre et changé régulièrement
Seul bémol la climatisation était trop froide et on n'avait pas de télécommande pour changer la température, on devait se lever regulierement pour l'arrêter et la remettre.
Beaucoup trop de monde et de bruits, on n'a même pas osé aller au restaurant de l'hôtel ni a la piscine
Une lampe ne marchait plus

Cons:

La nourriture pas bonne du tout, la chambre rien à voir avec les photos exposés sur booking, le lit pas confortable et impossible de trouver des transat ou des chaises de libre à la piscine sauf si vous courez à 7h du matin pour en réserver un.

Cons:

Jako neudoban krevet, jastuci tanki na kojima je nemoguće spavati. Gužva za večeru je ogromna pa se dugo stoji u redu. Oseća se svaki dan smrad iz toaleta. Čistoća je 0, sedam dana nisu hteli da zamene posteljinu i ako sam vise puta isla na recepciju da zahtevam, pod nijednom nije bio obrisan za 7 dana. Kada stavite da želite čišćenje samo stave čiste peškire i izbace djubre! WiFi postoji ali je neupotrebljiv, jedino radi na recepciji. Gosti pre otvaranja bazena postave svoje peškire na ležaljke i nikoga nema a sve ležaljke zauzete, sto piše da je zabranjeno ali osoblje ne radi nista po tom pitanju. Losa vrednost za uložen novac, definitivno se nikada ne bih vratila!

Pros:

Me encantó el baño. A 10 minutos a pie de Port aventura y cerca del centro. Si vas a port aventura, pídete el picnic estaba muy bueno si tienes intolerancia pídelo porque está buenísimo.

Cons:

Propuesta poner que si no estás en la tumbona 40 minutos se saca la toalla porque hay pocas tumbonas.
Supongo que será por la lluvia que pero el wifi no iba bien
Mucha cola para entrar en el comedor para entrar a comer.

Pros:

Algunas empleadas de recepción que me ayudaron bastante con diversas dudas

Por otro lado, el spa me encantó

Cons:

las instalaciones y los servicios que prometían en las habitaciones que luego eran inexistentes

Tampoco me gustaron las comidas debido a que en el comedor se generaban colas innecesarias para ir a desayunar, comer y cenar y la verdad que la comida no era muy buena

Pros:

La sencillez de sus instalaciones.

Cons:

Había mucha cola y mala gestión en el restaurante, además de poca variedad aunque cambiasen la comida a diario.

Dicen que no se permite la reserva de tumbonas en la piscina pero estaban todas reservadas con toallas. Deberían tomar medidas.
