Lovely hotel
Pros:

Been to the hotel 5times in 2 years had no problems with the hotel at all the restaurant manager naima is so helpful as were the staff in the bar

Pros:

El desayuno la cantidad de platos a elegir es buena, aunque muy repetitiva, podría intentar buscar , un plato que fuera diferente cada día , no la bollería que ya varía, está bien. También podría hacer un día o dos a la semana de día temático , con comidas acordes al la temática del dia.
Limpieza muy bien , silencio por la noche muy bien.

Cons:

El tema tumbonas , a las 8 de la mañana todas reservadas, pero esto es difícil de regular, la insuficiencia de máquinas de zumos y cafés en hora punta del desayuno.,precio del parking privado, muy alto. Falta animación por la noche y mejor información y horarios . Precio Estancia....

Het was een proper hotel. Ik nam een kamer met 2aparte bedden. Alles was heel ordelijk.

Cons:

Het personeel dat verantwoordelijk was voor de kamerkuis was onvriendelijk en kwam zomaar binnen, ookal had ik duidelijk gemaakt van niet. Bij het vertrekken hadden ze geen geduld, terwijl ik een aantal keer op en neer moest om de spullen in de auto te laden...

De muziek aan het zwembad was te luid. Zeker tijdens de kinderanimatie.

Las habitaciones no tienen nevera. El aire acondicionado no se puede regular. A las 10 nos abrieron la puerta de la habitación cuando podíamos estar hasta las 11. Ni siquiera llamaron a la puerta. Entraron directamente. Comida nada del otro mundo.

Szczęśc boże i ratuj się kto może !! Błagam Was ludzie omijajcie ten hotel szerokim łukiem. To niszczyciel wakacji to miejsce gdzie wszystko co może być złe jest złe a może i będzie jeszcze gorsze.

Hotel nie przyjmuje gotówki.
Mimo że napisali że rezerwacja jest od

To nie byli na tyle wyrozumiali żeby nas wspóścić 15 na minut wcześniej, mimo że jechaliśmy 30 Godzin bo mieliśmy awarie po drodze. Mało że nas nie wpuścili to jeszcze 35 minut spóźnili się. Z kwaterunkiem. Winda nie działała a pokój byl na 6 piętrze.
Jeszcze przed wyjazdem z domu zrobili afront do klienta w rubryce "specjalne prośby" poprosiłem o konkretne pietro, podwójny materac, zestaw kawowy, wanne zamiast prysznica i lodówkę ustawioną ma max . Nic nie spełnili. Mimo że na początku przyszła wiadomość że oczywiście moja prośba zostanie spełniona.

Wracając do recepcji
Zero przepraszam za spoznienie przy zakwaterowaniu. Pokoj brzydki mały, troche stary. Brak klimatycznego oświetlenia w łazience i wentylacji. Tv bez pilita, klimatyzacja bez pilota, brak deski Do prasowania, dodatkowych poduszek czu leżaków. Na tarasie za to są krzesła (chyba zaprojektowane przez szalonego naukowca które wymyślił tak by nie dało się na nich wygodnie siedzieć) lodówka zamknieta na klucz- pewnie dodatkowo płatna i sejf ktory nie dziala, tak jak i telefon do recepcji. Problem w tym ze hotel nie ma parkingu. Jedzenie dość ubogie, nie punktualnie otwierają restauracje i I gigantyczne kolejki do baru. Nie ma napojów, tzn są ale dodatkowo płatne
Nie ma kostkarki do lodu. Automaty do napojów nie działają. Animacje w hotelu przypominają klimatem raczej sale gier planszowych w hospicjum w Rumunii niż miejsce imprez. Hotel nie dał tez upominku powitalnego ani nawet listu. Do plaży bardzo daleko, dalej niż katalogu reklamowym. Skandal !!!!!!!!!! Skandal!!!!!!!!!!!! Skandalem poganiany !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Si vous souhaitez une bonne gastro... vous avez trouvé l'hôtel de vos rêves!
Pros:

Emplacement de l'hôtel: proche de la mer et du parc Portaventura.
Salle de bain fonctionnelle
Chambre assez spacieuse et literie confortable
Propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

Je demande une chambre le plus haut possible ( j'ai le second étage sur 6 ou 7 étages) et surtout au calme ( j'ai une chambre proche d'un groupe d'une vingtaine de jeunes qui sont venu pour faire la fête!).
Insonorisation totale des chambre. On est avec les voisins dans les toilettes ou dans les couloirs!
Et le pire est arrivé: Nous sommes 2 à avoir eu une intoxications alimentaires quelques dizaines de minutes après le petit déjeuner! Super la gastro-entérite en vacances! Attention donc au petit déjeuner!
