Hotel carino ma non sfruttato
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima.
La vista dalla camera era favolosa, non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio a Positano.
Lo staff in generale è cordiale e molto disponibile.

Cons:

La struttura promette bene ma non è un vero 4 stelle.
È un 3 stelle con qualche servizio da 4 stelle.
Iniziamo con il parcheggio che non c'è ma ci si affida a un parcheggio nelle vicinanze dell'hotel ma con tariffa standard (50€ sl giorno), quindi in pratica si appoggiano a un parcheggio privato sterno ma non è convenzionato. Imbarazzante per un 4 stelle.
Colazione super imbarazzante, all'altezza di un 2 stelle.
Fanno leva sulla vista ma la colazione è scadente e non minimamente all'altezza di un 4 stelle.
Il personale cerca di tamponare ma quando non si ha la materia prima è difficile fare miracoli.
Capitolo spiaggia, nessuna convenzione con nessun lido, anche questo molto imbarazzante per un 4 stelle.
Convenzionare un lido con almeno 10 posti fissi dovrebbe essere lo standard per un hotel di questo genere e invece niente. Dovrete arrangiarvi e pagare minimo 100€ al giorno per 2 sdraio e 1 ombrellone.
Hanno una "convenzione" con un'altra struttura di loro proprietà (80€ a ingresso a persona al giorno per usufruire della piscina e qualcosa da mangiare) ma in questo caso non ne vale la pena.
La camera era carina, pulita ma anche qui c'è molto da lavorare, il bagno è vecchio e va assolutamente rimodernato.
Peccato, l'hotel potrebbe essere una perla e invece è tutto fumo e niente arrosto.

Fun, great spot, great restaurant further up the hill on the right from Hotel a must try.
Pros:

The view and location were wonderful, room was amazingly clean and the staff were wonderful especially Housekeeping!!!!!!! At the top of the hill so it was a good walk back from the beach but through the shops and restaurants so entertaining journey. Breakfast was okay nothing special, breads were dry (cut early and left to sit out) good coffee, staff were sweet.

Cons:

The first glitch was I requested pickup help from the Port due to a back injury..........that was not there as requested. Then we were informed just grab a porter...we did but he would only take the bags not us! After bribing financially another porter we got ferried up to the edge of town and then had to walk all the way up the hill to the hotel! Not the arrival I had requested and had trouble navigating that with our hand luggage. It was pretty chaotic. Second glitch was sister hotel with pool, not next door actually back down by the ferry. Stunning location but not next door.

Lovely Roman hotel surrounded by landscaped gardens
Pros:

Great garden area to eat breakfast and dinner.
Close to the Colosseum and Circus Maximus.
Food was great for breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

Our room was at the front of the property , the traffic at night was noisey.

Incredible service, views and an unforgettable experience!
Pros:

In a great location for the best views. Breakfast was plentiful and the service was great. We turned our room key into the front desk when we left for the day, which I thought was a bit strange. But to our surprise they turned down our bed and even folded my wife’s pajamas and laid on the end of the bed for her. More properties should provide this level of service.

Pros:

The view from the balcony was beautiful! We received breakfast delivered on our balcony each morning. The location was excellent- along the water, next to Franco’s and Le Sireneuse- which was excellent for a post dinner cocktail. We highly recommend L’Ancora!
