Overall very pleased, still recommend.
Pros:

Great staff, good location, great food and facilities.

Cons:

Cleaning should be done more thoroughly, especially the barhroom. The beds are absolutely too soft, you sink several cm.

Insgesamt sehr schön und erholsam. Man fühlt sich wohl, 4 Sterne und trotzdem entspannte Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Essen, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war perfekt, Doppelbett auf einer Galerie und Schlafsofa im "Erdgeschoss", perfekt für eine alte Mutter mit ihren 20jährigen Söhnen. Wir waren zusammen und doch etwas separiert. Schönes Ambiente so wie man es in einem Hotel in Tirol erwartet.
Reinigung nur wenn angefordert, gut für die Umwelt und erspart das tägliche aufräumen. Schöner Wellnessbereich mit gut temperiertem Schwimmbad. Lage auch o.k. , 5 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, Shuttle zur Schlick sehr hilfreich.

Cons:

Vermisst habe ich eine Möglichkeit zur Trocknung der nassen Badekleidung und Handtücher.
Das Shuttle zur Schlick könnte auch länger als 16.30 fahren, da die letzte Talfahrt der Gondel um 16.15 stattfindet und man den Skitag in Ruhe beenden will und nicht mit einem Schlussprint in Skischuhen mit den Skiern auf der Schulter.

Pros:

Guter Wellnessbereich.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß.

Cons:

Teils war es sehr staubig im Zimmer.
Keine Handtücher im Wellnessbereich, diese gab es nur auf Nachfrage.
Frühstücksbuffet öffnete erst kurz nach halb 8. Hier viele Fertigprodukte. Das Essen insgesamt enttäuschend. Insbesondere das Brot und Gebäck entweder alt und hart oder Billigprodukte.
Die Sicht vom Balkon und die hier zu sehenden Zustände hinter dem Hotel bei der Lieferantenzufahrt waren heftig.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, freundlicher Service und hervorragendes Essen – ideal für einen entspannten Skiur
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Auch auf kleine Anliegen wurde sofort reagiert (z. B. wurde uns direkt ein Ersatz-Föhn organisiert).

Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend, vor allem im Rahmen der Halbpension. Das mehrgängige Abendmenü war qualitativ sehr gut (z. B. Zwiebelrostbraten und Stroganoff), und auch die Nachmittagsjause sowie das Frühstück war lecker.

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Skiurlaub im Stubaital, und auch der Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Saunen hat überzeugt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, alles entsprach den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung.
