Food was great- I have seen some reviews that said the opposite, and I am a picky eater! Lots of breakfast choices and I enjoyed the dinners. Convenient to public transport- 15 minute walk from bus or Tram, and shuttle to ski area is convenient. It is further from Innsbruck than I realized, but so beautiful. Pool and spa were lovely too.
I had to leave very early on the morning of my checkout (before the desk was open) and I had a hard time getting out of the hotel (all doors locked, no key or direction to exit). Almost missed my bus!

Super freundliches Servicepersonal, der Wellnessbereich ist wunderbar, Frühstück und Abendessen sind hervorragend.
Es gab nichts, das mir nicht gefallen hat.
Das Hotel ist für Familie mit Kindern ausgelegt. Wenn man in Ruhe frühstücken oder das Abendessen hier genießen möchte ist man hier falsch. Eltern die ihre Kinder durch den Speisesaal rennen lassen es herrscht eine große Lautstärke in diesem Bereich. Wir waren zum Glück nur 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel ( Halbpension 366€ für mich und meinen Mann €)
Freundliches Personal
Essen katastrophal….teilweise kalt, ohne Geschmack und größtenteils Fleisch nicht durch! Salatbuffet kein frisches Gemüse und wenig Auswahl (nicht einmal Kartoffelsalat, maissalat, Bohnen, etc.)
Frühstück Wurst und Salami billigware!
Im Zimmer funktionierte Fernseher gar nicht (Antiquierter gegenstand)
Zimmer eiskalt (10° draußen, Heizung aus, als „Lösung“ nur eine Decke angeboten) – für 250€/Nacht absolut unzumutbar.
Beim Abendessen wurde uns zudem eine falsche Nussallergie zugeordnet – potenziell lebensgefährlich.
Essen und Zimmer höchstens mittelmäßig. Aufenthalt war Sep/Okt 2025.
