Pros:

Das Hotel ist eine ungarische Hotelkette, viele osteuropäische Gäste, uns hat das österreichische Flair gefehlt. Wir würden es eher als Familienhotel bezeichnen, da es aufgrund des großen Spielzimmers und Hallenbades für Kinder toll ist, dementsprechend auch viele Kinder dort.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, das Essen prima.

der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung

„Das Essen war hervorragend, das Frühstück ausreichend und sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind jedoch sehr klein – für drei Personen deutlich zu beengt – und sollten renoviert werden.“
Der Hotelbus an der Lift sehr sehr gut!!!

Cons:

„Es gibt leider einige Kritikpunkte: Für ein Sporthotel fehlt ein Fitnessraum. Der Wellnessbereich ist vorhanden, jedoch werden die Saunen erst ab 16:00 Uhr eingeschaltet. Der Pool wirkt auf den Fotos größer als in der Realität. Zudem stehen nicht ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.“

My second year there and already booked the next one! Amazing place and staff!!!
Pros:

My second year here and my husband already booked the next year as well. I love everything about this hotel. The food, the playground and pool for the kids and the amazing staff. They are really special and extraordinary! This is the perfect hotel to go skiing with kids. There is a shuttle from the hotel to schlick 2000.. Afternoon snacks and the cake for the birthday of my son that we ordered was delicious! For my 7th year old the staff was really special. He is learning English, made his own orders to them and they were very patient in listening to him. He even made a drawing in the end of our stay to give to them as a gift. ❤️

Cons:

The menu for kids could have a bit of variety did ask the staff to mix a bit and they were okay to do, but different options from time to time would not hurt. For instance, instead of pasta with tomato sauce everyday, it could have some bolognese, this way the kids get an option with protein that does not contain so much oil like the Schnitzel one.
