Stone Village

Staying at Stone Village was such a delightful experience! The staff was very kind and accommodating. The continental breakfast and dinner was delicious, too! We hope that we will have the opportunity to return to Greece one day and stay at the Stone Village once more.

Beautiful property! Peaceful feeling. Breakfast and Dinner included. Food was amazing. Service was great. The staff was amazing and fun! Only down side was many of the amenities in the kitchen area did not work. For example the tea kettle didn't work and the fridge shut off when the key was removed for the electric.

An extremely beautiful hotel, built of stone, in the Greek style. Resting here, it is as if you fall into an interesting story. All the staff, especially Helen and Yanis, are very friendly. The food is extremely tasty and varied. Many thanks to the cook. There was always hot water, the rooms were constantly cleaned .We are very satisfied with our vacation at Village Stone. We want to come back again.

Vergane glorie. Oud meubilair, eten ondermaats, nauwelijks warm water, vies zwembad, huisje was muf. Geen ster waardig.

Hotel en las afueras del pueblo de Bali. La oferta de habitación, con desayuno y cena incluida en el precio, a priori resultaba muy atractiva. Lástima que no se cuida un poco más el bufet y cada mañana y cada noche, los platos eran los mismos. A veces se reponían frutas y no se quitaba la pieza que llevaba un par de días cortada. Las platas de calientes, no tenían cartel y cada vez, tenías que ir mirando 1 a 1 para saber de que se trataba. Por ello, viendo la frescura general de la cocina griega y el bajo precio, la mayor parte de las veces, cenamos fuera. La habitación no era pequeña pero sí que estaba mal distribuida y no resultaba muy cómoda. El baño perdía por el desagüe y se intentó solucionar el primer día. A pesar de todos los apuntes, lo más destacable es la fantástica calidad humana del staff y el entorno bonito del complejo.

Nel complesso bella la struttura del villaggio tutta in pietra e legno.
Buona la pulizia delle stanza con il cambio di biancheria e asciugamani che veniva fatto giornalmente.
Non altrettanto buona la pulizia delle piscine. A mio avviso la struttura ha visto tempi migliori, il bar a lato della piscina principale era chiuso come anche un'altra zona del villaggio che, perso il suo uso originario è ora adibita a deposito immondizie.
Carino per i bambini il piccolo zoo, con cavalli, pecore, coniglietti, pavoni, anatre, oche e la possibilità di cavalcare i pony, benchè anche questa zona fosse palesemente sporca e trascurata.
Discreta la qualità del ristorante (a buffet), anche se la varietà, dopo un paio di giorni, si perdeva completamente.

Établissement très joli, idéal pour les familles avec la ferme et les jeux.

Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. However, the hotel food was very poor, and the rooms condition was badly maintained (we switched rooms during our stay).

établissement agréable au premier abord, mais très moyen au fur et à mesure de la découverte, les repas plus cantine que restaurant, il est impératif de changer tout le mobilier extérieur et la literie exécrable

Property grounds very lush & beautiful.
Rooms & bathroom v spacious.
Reception area & dining area could do with a clean and spruce up. Food smell in reception area as kitchen is above.
We had half board but only dined once. Lots of items were depleted when we went for both dinner & breakfast. Bit crammed & cushions on chairs need renewing. Very tatty dining area outside.

Отличная хоть и изношенная инфраструктура, хорошее питание. Ужасный wifi не рассчитанный на всех. Эконом номера очень эконом (хотя для Греции стоимость номера свыше 100евро в день вовсе не дешево): одного кондиционера на два этажа не хватает, по началу был неприятный запах то ли сырости то ли ещё чего, даже признаки аллергии были, к 3 дню вроде прошло, может мы были после зимы там первые... Пластиковая имитация камина в каменном доме, 3-х копеечная падающая перекладина в ванне, закрывающийся с помощью бумажки духовой шкаф , падающие зонтики в через чур хлорированный бассейн... Всё это очень контрастирует с великолепным зоопарком, хорошей детской площадкой с батутом, бесплатным катанием на пони и шикарным внешним видом везде! Вобщем с детьми заехать не на долго стоит, а вот парам я бы рекомендовал выбрать более уютный аутентичный отель, коих в Греции предостаточно.

L'accueil et la formule demi pension sont parfaits pour un séjour en famille. Le seul petit bémol est la localisation idéale pour des vacances à la plage mais un peu éloignée des villes pour faire des visites notamment de la côte sud de l'ile qui nécessite de repasser soit par Rethymnon, Héraklion ou la Canée.
