Pros:

Top Lage, top Wellness und super Frühstück.

Cons:

Dame am Empfang hätte etwas freundlicher sein können. Der erste Eindruck zählt bei einem Hotel. 3 min gewartet beim Checkin vor leerem Desk, dann sehr unpersönliche Betreuung.

Die Lage ist zentral und das Personal überaus zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, fantastisches Brot, Saftpresse, verschiedene Würste....
Wunderschöner, gepflegter Wellnessbereich , Dachpool mit tollem Ausblick und Indoorpool

Cons:

....einziger Kritikpunkt ist, wenn wir um 9.30 zum Frühstück kamen und gewisse Dinge aus waren, wurden sie auch nicht nachgebracht....obwohl Frühstück bis 10.30 ist

A lovely hotel. Well worth the money.
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel. The restaurant and bar are lovely and the staff are super attentive. Breakfast was also really good. The Spa and outdoor pool were a top drawer.... You get what you pay for.

Cons:

The lighting in our room. The light switch turned on every light in the room (apart from the tiny bedside reading lights) so your options are either virtual darkness or supermarket level brightness. A more subtle option or something in between would have been better. This is not something I have ever experienced in any other hotel of this standard before.

Well priced central hotel, but nicer finishing touches and attention to detail would benefit it.
Pros:

Big spa, great location, generally friendly service, room size/underfloor heating nice

Cons:

Spa was a bit dated, food at restaurant was very mediocre, breakfast was ok but wasn't anything special, and rooms were very warm and dry. No kettle in the room.
