Well priced central hotel, but nicer finishing touches and attention to detail would benefit it.
Pros:

Big spa, great location, generally friendly service, room size/underfloor heating nice

Cons:

Spa was a bit dated, food at restaurant was very mediocre, breakfast was ok but wasn't anything special, and rooms were very warm and dry. No kettle in the room.

Great hotel, great location.
Pros:

The location is absolutely brilliant. You can walk straight into the main bit of the village in 2 mins and the Hahnenkamm skills/station in 7. The bedrooms are large and spacious and the breakfast is excellent.

Cons:

I thought that at the weekend the hotel bar became too hectic and when we asked for a table it was given to us slightly under duress and they cut it short by half an hour which I didn’t think was good enough for an in-house guest. I understand that it gets busier at weekends but I think it should be made clear when making a hotel reservation rhay involves a weekend that it would be wise to book the restaurant in advance.

Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja runsas. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Cons:

Huone sijaitsi 1 kerroksessa kadun puolella hotellin ravintolan terassin yläpuolella ja melu kuului myöhään yöhön, ikkunoiden tiivisteet olivat olemattomat.

L'accueil du personnel. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et propre. Super petit déjeuner.

krásný hotel s wellness v centru
Pros:

krásné místo v centru a kousek od lanovky, skvělý personál, především pan Rudi Radenko, tolik nám usnadnil příjezd, parkování, vše ukázal, tak si představuji příjezd po náročné cestě, pokaždé se usmíval, takový člověk dělá kvalitu!
restaurace fajn, snídaně průměr, čekal bych třeba prosseco v takovém hotelu, ale vše ok. střešní bazén samozřejmě pecka, wellness ok-průměr, pokoje obrovské, vše kvalitní.
recepce s úsměvem, super.

Cons:

ve wellness nemáte nikde háčky na župany, ručníky, lidi si to hází na zem, já před saunou věšel na obrázek, to opravdu nechápu, protože jinak fajn sauny. myslím, že by se mělo hlídat a jasně napsáno, že do sauny se nechodí v plavkách, není to hygienické, chodí tam z bazénu a zpět, stejně tak nemají podložené tělo ručníkem a sedí a potí se v plavkách.
Na baru, když jsem přišel za kolegy, tak mě nikdo neobsloužil, nevšímal si mě, to by se asi dít nemělo.
v restauraci se také moc neusmívali. čekal bych, že tak drahá hotel bude mít dopravu k vlekům VIP.
