Es war schön, keine Kinder im Hotel zu haben. Preis Leistung ist noch Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön schlicht renoviert, überall gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, dafür hat man starken Straßenlärm.

Cons:

Was uns für ein 4 Sterne Hotel gestört hat:
Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel und in dieser Zeit, war es uns nicht möglich herauszufinden, was man am Pool zu essen bestellen kann. Es gibt wohl keine Karte und das Personal konnte uns nichts sagen. Wir hätten gerne öfters dort etwas bestellt.
Das Outfit der Kellner lässt zu wünschen übrig. Schlampig aufgekrempelte Ärmel, schmutzige, abgetragene, ungepflegte Turnschuhe, zu große Kordhosen usw.
Omelette und Rühreier werden leider nicht aus frischen Eiern gemacht, so schmeckt es dann auch.
Im Restaurant werden kurz Brösel vom Tisch gekehrt und ohne neue Tischdecke neu gedeckt. Besteck wird von Hand durchs Restaurant getragen. Beim Frühstücken mussten wir täglich das benutze Geschirr auf Nachbartische stellen, da es nicht abgeräumt wurde obwohl die Kellner öfter und mit leeren Händen vorbei gelaufen sind. Käse, Brezen, Fisch war täglich später vergriffen.
Leider gibt es im Fahrradkeller keine Rampe für die Treppe, sodass Radl rauf und runter getragen werden müssen.
Der Pool auf dem Dach könnte im Sommer länger geöffnet sein. Auf Nachfragen warum er bereits um 20 Uhr schließt, bekamen wir zu Antwort: Weil es dunkel wird. Im Juni bei 36 grad ist es um 20 Uhr nicht dunkel und da wäre es toll noch Zeit am Pool zu haben.
Das Hotel ist nicht klimatisiert, der Fitness Raum ist wegen der Glas Fronten unbenutzbar, da zu heiß bereits in den Morgenstunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr sehr heiß.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

This hotel is wonderful. The pool on the roof gives you views of the mountains while swimming and is a great temperature. The spa area and indoor pool is lovely. The reception staff are so helpful and nice. The breakfast was great. We ate in the hotel one night and, while expensive, the food and service was wonderful. And location was great - right in town but so quiet - just right for getting ebikes and touring the villages and waterfalls, hiking to Schwarmsee to swim, and getting up the mountains on the cable cars. Would definitely return.

Cons:

It was a little warm in the heatwave but the hotel provided us with a fan.

Pros:

Der Pool war sehr schön, trotz der Hitze war es sehr angenehm. Die Lage zum Ortskern super. Man kann fußläufig alles in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend und gut sortiert.
Schönes geräumiges Zimmer und vom Bad getrenntem WC.

Cons:

Nicht klimatisiert.

es war alles in allem gut

Sehr gut und sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das die Bar um 24.00 Uhr schließt an einem Partywochenende und gar am 2. Abend selbst Hotel Gäste gesperrt wurde und es keine Ausweichmöglichkeit für die Gäste des Hotels geschaffen wurde.
Die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in Kitzeb
Pros:

Ein schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Essen mit dem Restaurant im Haus. Sehr gute Küche.
Der Pool am Dach ist natürlich ideal zur schnellen Abkühlung und Sonne genießen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte beim Gemüse etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen außer täglich Gurkenscheiben oder Tomaten.

Alles perfekt und traumhaft 🍀
Pros:

Alles war super 👍 Das Hotel bietet neben der perfekten Lage für einen Städtetrip einfach alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Zimmer sind super und haben eine super Ausstattung - top! Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Pool und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser… Alle Mitarbeiter sind total herzlich und nett - besonders herausgestochen hat Rudi mit seinem Service sowie seiner Freundlichkeit.

Etwas zu teuer für die Leistung ( hier zahlt man für Kitzbühel und die gute Lage)
Pros:

schöne Ausstattung, große Zimmer.
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.
Personal an der Rezeption und die Portiere sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

ganz schlechte Zimmerreinigung, vor allem Toilette ganz übel
Frühstücksbuffet ist super, jedoch Personal beim Frühstück eher schwach.
Wir hatten an 3 Tagen hintereinander versucht weiche Eier im Glas zu bestellen (wurde angeboten)
Jedesmal wieder eine negative Überraschung.

Super Unterkunft mit netten Personal und Top Frühstück.

Frühstück Top, Personal sehr nett, Gleich in Zentrum nähe und leicht zu finden.

Cons:

Der TV könnte bisschen größer sein. Und die Preise für Massagen sind bisschen zu hoch.
