투숙객 대응이 불친절하고 직원 마음대로 예약을 취소했다. 그래서 너무 황당했다.
체크인을 오후2시까지 안하면 노쇼로 취소한다는 황당한 이야기만 했다.
12시30분 가서 투숙객이 많아서 여권을 다시 돌려 받고 점심 먹고 돌아 온다고 했는데, 예약을 마음대로 취서했다

Wonderful spot for the whole family
Pros:

Dahab Bay Hotel sits beautifully right on the Red Sea. The place is lovely and a good value with attentive staff, nice breakfast and wonderful beachfront fireside and terrace! Abdo is a great host and the young Ahmed is the picture of industry as he cares for the guests needs. Wonderful place for a family vacation as they offer equipment to snorkel in the reef that is just as beautiful as the Great Barrier and RIGHT outside the door.

After my arrival to dahab i wnt to the hotel with my confirmation number but they told my that any online booking is not true and they haven't any room to stay and i went to another place with higher price and just for one night not two as it was a high season

5 km from the town centre.

Great staff, very respectful and courteous.
Pros:

The facilities are very unkept. The bathroom could use a curtain and a better flushing system on the toilet.
The location is great!!! The gazebo across the street is wonderful and a great place to spend a quiet evening and see the sun set.

Cozy but take 15 minutes to go bridge(diving spot)
Pros:

Abdu, the Hotel Manager was really helpful for all the guests and be nice all the time. But the location was quite far from the popular diving spot. So we needed to take a taxi every time. It might make foreigners frustrated because taxi drivers cheated a lot about the prices. Anyway, the hotel can prepare vehicle if you ask Abdu about it in advance. The fare was reasonable compared to the normal taxi. Ours was triple room and it was cozy and comfortable. Speaking of the problem, it's the shower head in the toilet. It was way weak so we couldn't take shower with ease.

Freundlichst, hübsch gelegen, ruhig.
Pros:

Das Personal auf angenehmste Weise freundlich und hilfsbereit - wirklich freundschaftlich ohne zu nerven. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man nicht unmittelbar im "Trubel" wohnen will, also Stadtrand Richtung Blue Hole direkt am Strand. Wir wollten nur zwei Nächte bleiben, ist über eine Woche draus geworden.

Abdo was very helpful and made our experience in Dahab amazing with all the activities that he made easily accessible.
I had an incident with my leg after stepping on an urchin but they made sure I was fine afterwards
