Cons:

There was no windows, so i had to have the air condition open for all night. So it was very difficult to sleep continuosly. With the blanc was too hot without too cold. At the end inused the bath towels as blanc

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel during the second phase of the Canton Fair. We were placed in a room that had a very unpleasant, heavy smell of dampness and mold. Even after we complained and changed rooms, there was no improvement. While the hotel lobby and common areas are fine, the furniture and interior of the rooms are extremely old—certainly not worth the price, nor consistent with the 5-star rating of the Hilton brand! I would not recommend staying at this hotel! We are not satisfied at all! Also, they are very slow to return the deposit they take in advance!

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was very comfortable and well-maintained, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Candy for her outstanding support and assistance. She was extremely helpful in various situations and went out of her way to ensure everything was taken care of. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference to my experience.

Agréable mais quiproco pour le système de paiement qui est mal géré.

Le cadre, l'accueil, la restauration, le lieu, l'hebergement

Cons:

La gestion du paiement. L'hotel dit bloqué les avances sur reservation sauf qu'ils sont débités et ne sont pas remboursés, ce qui est mon cas.

Pros:

Totally enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a very good location, especially for visiting the Canton Fair, with convenient access to the fairgrounds. The room had a great view, the facilities were very good, and the breakfast was excellent. Everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
