Замечательный отель!расположение супер!Эрмитаж -10минут,Исаакиевский собор 3 минуты, Красота!отель очень комфортный,чистый,отзывчивый персонал!очень понравилось!обязательно вернусь в этот отель!и буду рекомендовать!спасибо

Тихо, уютно, вежливо, чисто, столовая и ресторан рядом( буквально в двух шагах. И самое главное ---- центр города!!!

Отличный отель!
Pros:

Отель нам очень понравился. Расположение отличное, в центре, рядом с Исаакиевским собором. Все аккуратно и чисто, цена адекватная. Спасибо!

Pros:

Great location, right near bronze Horseman. We had downstairs room recently renovated everything seemed very new. Shower good, bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and have basic English but very willing to help and understand. (Good luck Nadia with your English lessons!)
Only complaints
-the ‘simple’ breakfast was not to our liking. Cold scrambled eggs and pre made sandwich.
-Didn’t reply to our many emails before arriving to confirm check in. You must call via hotel chains head office. discovered they had a 24 hour reception desk on 2nd floor with entry via intercom/buzzer. So check in was easy.
Would definitely stay there again but get breakfast somewhere else!
