Bekam nicht das, was ich gebucht habe
Cons:

Ich habe nicht das bekommen, was ich gebucht habe. Statt einem Zweibettzimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten gab es ein Doppelzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett welches auch noch okay ist, aber wenigstens zwei getrennte Bettdecken wäre wünschenswert gewesen, hier wurden wir vertröstet mit dem Hinweis man müsse erst einmal schauen, ob es sowas überhaupt gibt, weil das in einem Doppelzimmer kein Standard sei. Die zusätzliche Bettdecke bekamen wir dann auch, als wir angedroht haben, dieses Zimmer nicht zu aktzeptieren und das Geld zurückverlangen werden. Dann ging es auf einmal. In jedem anderen Hotel ist so etwas gar kein Problem und ehrlich gesagt habe ich so etwas noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt, weshalb ich davon absehen werde, hier noch einmal zu buchen.

Cons:

La chambre attribuée au départ ne correspondait pas à notre réservation ( no 210) et il a fallu demandé un changement de chambre qui était bien.

Happy to be in Innsbruck
Pros:

Beautiful spacious rooms. Enough hooks in the bedroom. The laundry room, where one can do your own washing, is a huge bonus. The staff were very helpful with information with regards to directions, buses, ect.

Неплохой отель
Pros:

В целом отель оставил неплохое впечатление. Расположен он не в центре, но добраться до последнего можно пешком минут за двадцать. Здание в хорошем состоянии, чисто, персонал приветливый. Окна выходят на оживленную трассу, но благодаря хорошей звукоизоляции шума не слышно. Номер был достаточно уютным, уборка качественная. Имелись чайник и маленький холодильник. Завтрак можно не брать, до ближайшего супермаркета минут семь ходьбы.

Cons:

Непосредственно возле отеля негде прогуляться, можно разве что обойти Олимпийскую зимнюю арену, которая расположена напротив.

A well kept property with excellent staff.

Komfort an erster Stelle
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und großzügig und verfügen über einen Kühlschrank

Cons:

Das einzig blöde war, dass die Busse unregelmäßig fahren, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts.

Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen
Pros:

Der Blick über Innsbruck und die ältere Dame im Frühstücksbereich.

Cons:

Wir mussten 20€ Parkgebühren für unsere beiden Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage bezahlen. 1. hat uns das Niemand beim einchecken erzählt und zweitens haben wir noch nicht einmal einen Parkplatz belegt, sondern zwischen abgestellten Gartenmöbeln geparkt.
