Nettes Hotel in der Nähe der Olympiahalle
Pros:

Es ist ein nettes Hotel gegenüber der Olympiahalle. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, mit Bussen ins Zentrum und anderen Stadtteilen. Das Zimmer war ansprechend und sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und überheblich, meistens weder zuvorkommend noch kompetent.

The staff were fantastic and location was ok

Cons:

First night we had no aircon and the room was like a sauna. We requested a change of room to the back of the building out of the direct sun and it was a lot better.

Séjour consacré exclusivement à la visite de la ville et d’une abbaye à proximité

Satisfaisant globalement sauf une journée où la chambre m’avait pas été faite à notre retour l’après midi.
Parmi le personnel une personne parlait français et était très prévenante

Great breakfast! AC didn’t work well

Comodo l’autobus per andare in centro, ma raggiungibile in meno di mezz’ora a piedi

Cons:

Climatizzazione molto rumorosa abbiamo dovuto spengerla, lo specchio sulla scrivania era sporco, la colazione era abbondante ma se sei celiaco ti portano giusto 2 fettine piccole di pane..devi richiederlo..poca attenzione al gluten free.

Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage, sehr anstrengend. Der Rest hat gepasst.
Pros:

Es war ein großes Zimmer mit großem Bad. Großes Frühstück. Tiefgarage mit Lift ins Zimmer war perfekt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, daraus resultierte ein halb offenes Fenster (weil es sich nicht komplett öffnen ließ), was an einer Hauptstraße zu kaum Schlaf führte.
Leider waren keine Becher für das Zähneputzen im Bad bereitgestellt. Und da es knapp 30 Grad waren, wäre eine Flasche Wasser pro Person ein muss gewesen. Da wir danach in ein weiteres Hampton by Hilton gefahren sind wo alle genannten Punkte erfüllt wurden, sind wir dahingehend von Innsbruck sehr enttäuscht worden.

If you like spending the night in an artificial heat wave, this is your place.
Pros:

It was a hotel, I guess. They had rooms, and the rooms had beds. Not only that, they had staff, too.

Cons:

The room was really warm - too warm to sleep - and it was impossible to adjust the A/C. So as a hotel it failed at what I would consider the most basic qualification: A place to sleep.

Rymliga rum, skön säng. Hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

När vi anlände var det inte städat på vårt rum. Vi fick vänta i lobbyn medan rummet städades. På kvällen kändes området lite off.
