Great for a short city break without the expense of staying nearer to the centre.
Pros:

Great location, you can walk to the centre in 20 mins, clean room, efficient and friendly check in experience. Would recommend and would definitely visit again.

Cons:

My shower gel ran out on day 1 and was never replaced, the water temperature seemed to vary and some evening the shower water was tepid at best. Tea/coffee/milk etc were never replenished during the stay. These are minor niggles.

Für die Durchfahrt gings.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war nicht besonderes. Wir essen nicht so viel sodass es uns reichte.
In unseren anderen Hotels ist es aber reichlicher gewesen. Nicht Hilton like, hier.

Hotel oszukał nas, zapłąciliśmy pełną kwotę bezzwrotną. Przed przyjazdem dostawalismy dziwne wiadomosci whatssap, z Indii, aby potweirdzać rezerwacje klikając w link. Póżniej dostaliśmy informację, ze hotel jest w upadłości i nie mozem przyjechać. Pózniej Booking napisał, że informację nyły fałszywe i nadal mozna do hotelu przyjechać i była rezerwacja aktualna w aplikacjii booking. Gdy przyjechaliśmy na miejsce hotel powiedział , że jest w upaddłości i nie przyjmie nas. Na pytanie co z naszymy pieniędzmi, ze zostaną zwrócone nie zostały zwrócone. Prawdopodobnie hotel oszukał klientów wyłudzając pieniadze. Uważajcie na ten hotel. Nie należy też ufać samemu bookingowi, który wprowadza w bład a na nasze zgłoszenie nie reaguje. Jedno wielkie oszustwo

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your hotel.

Upon arrival, it took an exceptionally long time for us to be entered into the system, even though I had already provided all company details during the booking process (guest name, company detail, payment detail, time of arriveal,...). The entrance to the garage was not working and had to be resolved by the receptionist. Shortly afterwards, the POS terminal failed, repeatedly indicating that the card was invalid. It was later confirmed that the card was perfectly fine, and the transaction eventually went through.

The following morning at breakfast, we were asked which room we had stayed in. When we answered room 903, the staff member insisted that room 903 does not exist in the hotel. I had to prove via my phone that this was indeed our confirmed reservation and room number. We had a feeling that we stole something, was not nice.

At check-out, I waited more than 10 minutes for the invoice to be printed, and even then, it was issued incorrectly.

There was only one staff member working at the reception. He had to manage everything himself – from acting as a doorman, handling check-in and check-out, issuing invoices, and preparing arrivals – while also having very limited English proficiency. As a result, all guests were left waiting at reception.

In the past 25 years of business travel, this has unfortunately been my worst hotel experience. For this reason, I do not believe I will choose to stay at your hotel again.

Wir geben der "neuen" Crew gerne eine zweite Chance und werden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Wir sind mitten in die Insolvenz und den Neustart unter neuer Führung geraten.
Sprich, das gebuchte Angebot wurde bereits im Dezember von meinem Konto abgezogen und als wir dann da waren, hiess es plötzlich, wir müssten nochmals bezahlen.
Dennoch war das "neue" Personal sehr bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so gemütlich wie möglich zu gestalten.
Am Morgen, als wir fragten, wie wir zum Zentrum kommen, wurden wir zwar auf eine falsche Fährte getrimmt und hatten einen knapp stündigen Fussmarsch absolviert. Dennoch kamen wir zum Ziel.
Am Abend, als wir nach Essens-Empfehlungen gefragt hatten, wurden wir durch mehrfach genannte - persönliche - Erfahrungen wiederum auf den Esprit der Stadt gelegt.
Man sollte der "neuen" Crew eine Chance geben.

Cons:

Die Überforderung des einzelnen Mitarbeiters am Samstag Morgen an der Rezeption, während beim Frühstück soviel Personal zur Verfügung stand, dass zwischen dem Holen eines Nachschlags, der Tisch bereits für die nachfolgenden Gäste bereit gemacht wurde.
