EVERYTHING!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aguamarina Boutique. With only five rooms, the hotel offers a very personal and intimate experience, and from the moment we arrived we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Our room and the entire property were beautiful, very comfortable, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of Cartagena’s Walled City, making it very easy to explore everything on foot.

Breakfast was another highlight, with several good options and lovely personalized service every morning. A special thank you to Yelson, who took such wonderful care of us at breakfast and always started our day with a smile.

Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. They truly went out of their way to make us feel at home and to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of. Their hospitality made our stay even more special.

We thoroughly enjoyed our five nights here and would absolutely recommend Aguamarina Boutique to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable and personalized place to stay in Cartagena. We would happily return!

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Aguamarina Boutique Hotel di Cartagena e nel complesso è stata un’esperienza davvero molto positiva.

Un punto di forza che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente è stata la possibilità di effettuare il check-in già alle 12:00, anziché alle 15:00. Dopo il viaggio è stato davvero comodo poter entrare subito in camera e iniziare a goderci Cartagena senza dover aspettare.

Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale. Una menzione speciale va soprattutto al signor Rosario, che con la sua attenzione e cordialità ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole e piacevole. È stato sempre disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire davvero ben accolti.

La colazione non è a buffet, ma viene preparata e servita al momento, cosa che abbiamo trovato molto piacevole perché tutto era fresco e preparato con cura. Personalmente ho mangiato le migliori omelette della Colombia: davvero ottime!

La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole.
Molto bella anche la piscina situata all’ultimo piano, condivisa con gli altri ospiti. Nonostante sia uno spazio comune, l’hotel dispone di poche camere e quindi è difficile trovare molte persone contemporaneamente: questo permette di godersi la piscina in tranquillità e quasi come se fosse privata.

La posizione è semplicemente ottima, proprio nel cuore del centro storico di Cartagena. È perfetta per muoversi a piedi, visitare le principali attrazioni, passeggiare tra le vie del centro e raggiungere facilmente ristoranti e locali.

Per quanto riguarda dove mangiare, consigliamo assolutamente Tito Bravo e Pub Época: entrambi ci hanno lasciato un’ottima impressione e sono perfetti per una cena o una serata piacevole.

In conclusione, Aguamarina Boutique Hotel è una struttura che consigliamo, soprattutto per la posizione, la gentilezza dello staff, la colazione preparata al momento e l’atmosfera accogliente.

L’emplacement est idéal, le personnel très accueillant et le lit est incroyable! La petite piscine sur le toit est appréciable pour se reposer après les visites.

Hotel Boutique de solo 4 habitaciones, en una casa que debe ser del 1600, con detalles de esa época, habitación enorme, y muy cómoda, el servicio de todos los empleados, súper amable, sin duda cuando vuelva, volveré al Hotel.

The staff team, headed by Roberto and Betty were fantastic - friendly, kind and attentive. The hotel is a haven in this city with a pleasant pool and a great terrace to relax and watch the sunset. The design is attractive and eclectic with many lovely touches. Communication beforehand with Marisol was very efficient.

Everything ! Perfect location, very nice and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable room and bed, beautiful boutique hotel!

The hotel, staff, location were absolutely perfect.
Hotel was in a quiet area of the old town, safe and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in centro and Getsamani.
The hotel was really nice, a nice little rooftop pool, really comfy beds, always clean and tidy.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. Despite the language barrier we communicated on google translate and had no issues.
Massive shout out to Jose - the nicest person ever. He helped us so much when I lost my mobile phone. He went so out of his way to help. A truly lovely man
Breakfast was lovely. Just enough and a nice mixture of fruit and eggs. And served on a pretty little balcony.

This was a dream of an experience! The hotel. The decor. The staff. Everything about our stay at Aguamarina was exceptional. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the airport - and we were able to walk everywhere inside the walled city bc of its wonderful location. My husband and I got breakfast included with our stay - and I have to recommend you do the same! The pool was comfortable on the rooftop. Shaded perfectly in the afternoons to relax after long walking tours - the staff is so attentive and took wonderful care of us! We know very basic Spanish so there was a hard language barrier- but me and my husband came prepared with translation apps, and the staff totally understood. We're already planning to go back - WE MISS YOU JOSE!!!! 💓
