I liked the position, also the staff's friendliness.
No water offered free of charge, not even at breakfast. This is not usual, especially with 35 degrees outside and a real feel of 42 degrees.
Breakfast, a bit restrictive
If you are looking for more options, you will have to pay extra. Not recommended for people who are used to a consistent breakfast. The all inclusive, will not be enough
El lugar es lindo pero realmente es el servicio al cliente tan sobresaliente lo que hace de este lugar algo tan memorable.
Solo pudieran tener un poquito más de variedad en el desayuno. Pero de verdad que nada más que eso.

This was a dream of an experience! The hotel. The decor. The staff. Everything about our stay at Aguamarina was exceptional. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the airport - and we were able to walk everywhere inside the walled city bc of its wonderful location. My husband and I got breakfast included with our stay - and I have to recommend you do the same! The pool was comfortable on the rooftop. Shaded perfectly in the afternoons to relax after long walking tours - the staff is so attentive and took wonderful care of us! We know very basic Spanish so there was a hard language barrier- but me and my husband came prepared with translation apps, and the staff totally understood. We're already planning to go back - WE MISS YOU JOSE!!!! 💓

Fantástica ubicación, decoración, trato del personal
La amabilidad del personal: entregaron un excelente servicio desde nuestra llegada, y nos guardaron el equipaje después del check-out, mientras esperábamos nuestro vuelo paseando por la ciudad, eso nos entregó una gran libertad y comodidad en nuestro último día en Cartagena. Además destaco la tranquilidad de la habitación al dar hacia el interior. Dormimos muy bien en pleno centro de Cartagena, y pudimos relajarnos en la tina. También nos encantó la terraza con piscina en el techo, si bien es pequeña, se disfruta porque de todas formas no es un hotel que reciba muchos pasajeros simultáneamente,. Es un espacio muy acogedor excelente para refrescarse después de un día caminando. En resumen, volveríamos felices..

Miraflores exceeded my spouse’s and my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and provided excellent customer service. We loved our spacious room with the jacuzzi, as well as everything the hotel had to offer, including the bar and pool

This hotel is stunning! We had the superior suite which would definitely recommend. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and there to help, they made our stay extra special.
The shower was beautiful but cold
Hotel fantastico, 4 camere in tutto, il personale disponibilissimo ed efficiente. Appena entri senti il profumo di pulito; pulizia camere impeccabile, sevizio lavanderia veloce e preciso, colazione non a buffet, e questo per me è un grande plus!! Piscina non grande ma per 8 ospiti più che sufficiente…. Poi sei ai Caraibi… vai al mare. Posizione perfetta nel centro storico, hai tutto comodissimo, anche i vari tour in barca partono da meno di 7 minuti a piedi. Ero al terzo piano, per cui molto silenzioso.
Proprio per dire qualcosa nella camera l’illuminazione delle luci è un po’ bassa… fa atmosfera ma due lucine a led non starebbero male.
El espacio con la decoración hace meditar y pensar.
Me gusta por su ambiente que se me asemeja a LAS MIL Y UNA NOCHE.
Que no tengan servicio propio de almuerzo y cena.
