Pros:

The views from our suite were absolutely stunning. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a perfect way to enjoy the scenery. A perfect stay!

Beautiful views, but not very clean
Pros:

We received check-in instructions as we were arriving after 9pm, however, the key was not where it was expected. Fortunately, Alex was still nearby and ensured we were able to check-in - mini-panic over. The room was nicely presented and had outstanding views across Santorini. The toilet was in a small room adjoining the bedroom, with the spa/shower in the window. The cleanliness of the room in general was acceptable, but the spa/shower was visibly dirty from a previous guests' dirt, which made using the spa impossible. The room was cleaned once during our four days, which we didn't mind so much, and even then the spa wasn't cleaned at all. By all means come here for the views, a comfortable bed, and a reasonable price but don't expect much from the cleanliness.

The location is just too good with awesome view right from the unit. The manager and the staffs there were very helpful. I will definitely stay there again when we go next.

Pros:

Great spot on the edge of the caldera with uninterrupted views, which is why we chose it. We had a problem with the hot water but they were quick to try to resolve and when they couldn’t they moved us to a different, better room. Staff were friendly and helpful. For a 2 night stop it worked really well for us. We highly recommend the Ilios Bakery who are nearby but also deliver using the QR code found in the rooms.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful with the funnest colourful lights above the Jacuzzi tub! The pool just outside the room had the most amazing view of the ocean 😍 The staff Was so attentive and made my stay even better! I will definitely be back!

The view from the balcony was INCREDIBLE!!!! The staff were soooo nice and helpful! Some reviews note the steep hill to access the hotel, this is true, however the staff met us at the bottom and carried all our bags up. We also found another spot that you can be dropped off at the top and walk down the hill. There are a lot of steps but that is true of most hotels. Other hotels may have elevators? Not too sure. We booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. There are 3 of these rooms in a row. To access to each room you do have to walk through the other balconies so it is not completely private but there are doors and we not once saw someone walk through ours (we were in the middle). The jacuzzi on the balcony is not heated but this is stated clearly in the booking so that was no surprise. Our room also had a jetted tub that was plenty big enough for two people and water got nice and hot. The only downside for our stay was that the air conditioner in the bedroom did not work properly and would shut off every 20 minutes (no it was not a timer issue). We unfortunately did not have time to alert the front desk until late on our last day so they were not able to fix it for our stay, but that was on us as they didn’t know. Overall a lovely stay!!

Room was large but old. No Showers. (Hand hold up shower in hot tubs). Dirt in hot tubs and drains. Access to facilities was dangerous ---many stairs without railings.
View was beautiful. Noisy and people in rooms to close next to us. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bathrooms need to be updated with full showers. No restaurant on site. Was on main walkway to other active areas.

Pros:

The staff was exceptional!!! The views were astonishing!!! The location was perfect- 30 minute walk to Fira (Main bus bus station location and lots of shops. Also comes with all the cruise ship tourists though). Our unit was very small. (But you get what you pay for though, so not really a negative).
