Lo único bueno era que estaba cerca del torneo de Voley al que vinimos a participar
Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue realmente mala. Fuimos parte de una delegación de vóley de niñas de 14 años que participó en un torneo en Medellín, y desde el primer día nos sentimos inseguros: a menos de media cuadra del hotel había personas consumiendo drogas todo el día, y a pesar de eso no había nadie del hotel controlando la entrada. Cualquiera podía acceder al ascensor y subir a los pisos, lo que demuestra una gestión de seguridad muy deficiente.
La comida fue muy básica, y considerando el precio de la habitación, realmente pobre. En el restaurante tampoco había ningún tipo de código de vestimenta, lo cual generaba un ambiente poco adecuado para las chicas y sus familias.
En mi caso, además, me asignaron una habitación con una sola cama de dos plazas, pese a haber indicado que éramos dos personas. Cuando pedí el cambio en recepción, me dijeron que no era posible por haber reservado por Booking. Pedí hablar con el gerente, pero nunca estuvo disponible.
En resumen, fue una pésima experiencia en todos los sentidos. Me parece importante que lo sepan, porque sinceramente no recomendaría el hotel y voy a reflejar todo esto también en mi reseña en redes sociales y en Booking.

Cucarachas en las habitaciones. Estuve hasta en 3 habitaciones porque seguían apareciendo. Muy lamentable e incómodo.. El gerente nunca ofreció disculpas ni compensación.

I got there at 230pm and told them I had a reservation... but I forgot to hit the finish button on the booking so they said they didn't have additional rooms and were sold out. Then I immediately tried to get the room again with booking and it went through I was happy. I told the guy and he said his system wasn't updated yet and he had to checkin a team of soccer players. I waited an hour and a half... spoke to the manager and she said she will get with me in another 35 to 45 mins.... so I just left and never got the room.... the customer service was just way too horrible.
The employees seemed irritated that they had to deal with me... and had me wait without explanation for over 1 hr 45 mins
La ubicación, la habitación muy linda y el desayuno delicioso
La amplitud de la suite y la calidad precio. El presonal estaba orientado a atender las necesidades del cliente. La habitación estaba limpia y contaba con todo tipo de amenities.
La conexión WIFI falló y no funcionó en todo el día. En algunas zonas comunes encontré algunos insectos de gran tamaño que quizá podrían evitarse con un tratamiento. El desayuno es flojo (poca variedad y calidad justa)
El trato fue excelente en todo momento.

He ido varias veces pero esta vez el personal fue mucho más amable que nunca. Desde la persona que me recibió en recepción ese día que llegué tarde hasta el que nos atendió en el desayuno.
Deberían revisar los aires de las habitaciones. El de la nuestra no funcionaba correctamente

A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo ao metrô. Café da manhã muito bom e equipe sempre disponível para melhor atender.
Acho que o check-in poderia ser mais organizado. Como o hotel estava bem cheio e só havia 1 pessoa na recepção, deixou a desejar.
