If you’re non-Chinese, I warn you to stay clear from here at all costs. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. To start off, I suffered severe food poisoning after ordering room service from their restaurant. So bad, I ended up in hospital and was left with a hefty bill. After notifying the hotel, they said they’d look into covering the hospital bill and cover the room service.
Three days pass and it’s ready to check out, I end up being charged the room service bill, which they said they’d originally cover, and no update on the hospital repayment. My flight was the same afternoon, so I had no choice but to leave, with them assuring I’d get an email the following morning with an update. Lo and behold, four days later, nothing.
On top of that, I originally had to put down a large deposit on top of the agreed price for the reservation, and I’ve yet to get the deposit money back, even after contacting them multiple times. I essentially paid 1.5x the original price.
And the icing on the cake, I was told I was in a non-smoking area, but the moment the air con was turned off, the smell of cigarettes filled the room, which was disgusting. The only way to get rid of it was to have the air con on 24/7, which was obnoxiously loud.
Aside from one Spanish man, whom I assume is their English translator, the staff were next to useless and couldn’t care less. If this complaint gets a response from the hotel, it only proves how two-faced this company is, only caring about their public image and not wanting to help when they should.
I pray no one experiences what I have been through and avoids this establishment if they want to protect their money and health.
Modern, clean, great location
The hotel is in a great location and great facilities, we stay here many times, staffs are very helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back.
Great hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I would also like to mention the service provided by Nadya she really helped me and recommended a few places to visit. The recommendation for the Summer Palace was especially good, very beautiful place. Next time, I will come back with my family!

Staff were very helpful and polite!
The hotel is pretty old but still luxurious. The room is spacious and clean, huge open bathroom with separate standing shower, toilet and bathtub. Water pressure is good though it takes a while for the hot water to come on. Full amenities provided. Bed is a little soft for my liking but a good size for their twin beds.
There's a multi-building mall nearby within 3 mins walking distance, with a few eateries, restaurants, Watsons and 盒马 supermarket. There's also a metro station just outside the hotel on Line 12.
Breakfast spread was excellent, truly a full buffet, ranging from the usual American fav to continental standard fare to local tastes and live stations.
The indoor pool is a good size, full lap length and temperature controlled. Seems like a local hotel practice to require swim caps but here at least they have some to lend, unlike the other hotel where we had to buy from them. The locker room also has a sauna, steam room and a hot jacuzzi tub. Clean and comfortable facilities.
