the staff were extraordinary, they helped us with every problem, really close to a tram station the lead us to all of the main streets, our second visit and def not the last!

Will find another place next time I’m in Amsterdam.
Pros:

Nice start. Room is nice looking but the mattress is hard and old. The bathroom is nice looking but zero amenities, just two cups and the soap was never refilled.

Cons:

It wasn’t clean. Carpet had crumbs on it. There were boogers near the lights. They only replaced the towels when I asked, even if the towels are on the floor. Bathroom had no amenities.

I ilke the Leonardo Brand.

Cons:

No physical check in or welcome. Just talk to the computer. Towels in bathroom werevery small. Basin in bathroom was not draining.Bathriom door kept swinging open and bashing main door. No kettle in the room.

J'ai aimé le personnel toujours à l'écoute, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'emplacement très bruyant même en hauteur l'autoroute derrière ce fait entendre.
Des crochets présents au mur côté salle de bain sûrement un ancien support a miroir
La propreté globale de la chambre était en dessous du niveau attendu par un tel hôtel.
Il manquait un petit frigo histoire de garder quelques boissons au frais

A major disappointment!
Pros:

The shuttle service to and from and the friendly demeanor of the staff.

Cons:

Air conditioning not working in entire hotel on day of arrival.
Room is VERY small. No closet! No lighting in ceiling so it's impossible to read. Bedside "light" is inadequate. Chipped paint on the wall in the bathroom. No iron. No tissue in bathroom even though there is a slot for it. It's not that it was missing; they simply don't put tissues out any longer. Breakfast is $25.00 per person! Location is poor. Nothing around except trees so there is no place to walk for supplies, restaurant, etc. You must take a cab everywhere you go.
