Comfortable base for Amsterdam trip
Pros:

The super comfortable bed (including additional single bed), really nice bathroom, room was very good size for price. Nice park view.
easy walk or tram to the centre. Close to airport so uber was not expensive.

Hotel ok, staff to be taught what guest service is.
Pros:

The property was well located. The room was clean.

Cons:

Staff was just not there.
I checked in online and when I arrived to the desk to get my keys, I was not even said “hello” but the lady was talking, actually arguing, with a colleague behind the reception.

In the evening we got back and our room temperature went from 18 to 22 degrees, without having touched the airco panel.
I called the reception to ask the reason and I only got “I can come up and show you how to lower the temperature” and this is not what I needed, as I am fully capable of doing it.
So I told the receptionist “could you please check the back office because it is really warm”.
His answer was “technical department will come to you tomorrow”. That was the check out day for me.
Again, I asked if something could be done and the receptionist said “I am just a receptionist. No one called for this problem, so I don’t know what to tell you”.
Besides being RUDE, but also not guest oriented.
I am General Manager of a hotel myself and if my staff would say something like this to a guest, I would be so upset with myself because I did not reach them anything good.
Maybe good to check on the training process or the staff.

Nice and easy
Pros:

Amazing bed and pillows! Also nice view and beautiful room in general. The hotel is well maintained.

Cons:

The shower pressure is good, but the shower enclosure wasn’t big so after showering the floor got super wet, every time.

Schönes Hotel - Laufwege zum s Bahn ca 10 Minuten. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt

Alles sehr sauber - nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hatte nicht immer geöffnet oder man konnte dank Personalmangel es nicht besuchen.

Unten das Personal - wollte abends keinen Tee mehr verkaufen (Cola ging aber)
