Pros:

It was a pleasant stay. Good location. Rooms comfortable and breakfast was good. Nice to be able to leave your luggage at the hotel before and after check in.

We would definitely recommend Hotel Klettur and would happily stay here again.
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Klettur. The location was great, the staff were kind and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed using the game room to play pool and having drinks at the bar during happy hour, which was a nice bonus after long days of exploring.

Cons:

This isn’t a super fancy hotel and some fixtures are a bit dated, but the comfort, cleanliness, and location were exactly what we were looking for while traveling in Iceland.

The hotel location gave us the ability to walk to all attractions and restaurants in the city.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Everywhere in the city was walkable from hotel. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons:

Not enough availability for news channels and could have a few additional channels on tv. Just providing feedback.

Hotel Klettur gives you a very nice base for your Reykjavík adventures.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was an outstanding value and great quality. The location was walking distance to everything. I really liked the overall feel of the property.

Cons:

I understand Reykjavík is a very expensive market, but I was not in love with the room relative to the price.
