Pros:

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле второй раз. Территориально он очень удобен для меня. Все в шаговой доступности. Рядом парк Горького. Отель чистенький, завтрак очень приличный. Персонал приветливый, заселение быстрое. Уборка проводилась каждый день.
Рекомендую.

Affordable and accessible
Pros:

I had a rather pleasant time at Bulgar. Room with two single beds, and a trip to the fanfest and World Cup Stadium were only 6-7 minutes by taxi. Even with the language barrier the staff were still helpful. Easy to get to from the airport. I walked to Bauman Street (the Main Street in Kazan) but you may find it a bit far unless you like 40 minute walks, but there is a bus stop almost out front, so public transport is easily accessible. Lifts are small, filling only 4 people in them maximum or 2 people with 2 suitcases, but there are two of them so it’s not a problem.

Pésima atención, no hablan inglés, me querían cobrar doble, no saben usar el SYS de expedia, terrible hotel... + información con gusto se las doy....

Возвращаться не стоит
Pros:

При бронировании проглядел, что взял номер в блоке. Если коротко, то ТВ 90-хх годов, ковролин прожжен, с розетками тоже проблема, нет рядом с кроватью, в номере холод, душ сломан, с водой и горячей и холодной была проблема. В принципе, Я там только переночевал. На следующей день освободился номер в другом отеле и Я переехал.

Pros:

Всё очень даже неплохо, за исключением расположения отеля. Очень шумное место, с другой стороны , близко до центра города и хорошие транспортные развязки. Отзывчивый и внимательный персонал!

Отель был выбран под конференцию, т.е был одним из 3 отелей размещения участников. Был забронирован заранее. Номер бронировал для мамы, она не молодой человек и наличие трансфера из отеля на конференцию было большим плюсом. По приезду, в размещении было отказано, под предлогом того, что именно её номер был только что затоплен. Был предложен другой отель, в трансфер не включенный и находившийся дальше и неудобно. Поэтому отель Булгар оценить не могу.

Комфорт и удобство
Pros:

Понравилось и обслуживание, и район, и обстановка. Номера (я дважды останавливался в "Булгаре"), правда, мне показались слишком маленькими, но, поскольку это были деловые поездки, времени особо рассматривать номер не было. Хорошие, плотные завтраки - это тоже надо отметить.

Немного об обслуживании в отеле
Pros:

Заезд официально с 12, но уборщица убралась после предыдущих проживающих в номере после 2х часов. Мы к тому моменту уже въехали и расположились в номере. Это, пожалуй, был единственный минус. Остальное в обслуживании и проживании было хорошо.
