Hicbirsey. O fiyata daha iyi otellerde kalabilirdim. Belki konum biraz avantajdi ama oda tek basina hocbirseye yaramiyordu

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und man kann gemütlich am Fluss entlang ins Zentrum spazieren. Die Parkplätze im Hof sind sehr komfortabel .

The clerk during the night shift was awful. Make you wait while staring at the computer, did not give all information making me come down 3 times. Morning staff much more friendly and helpful

Pros:

Normálne ubytovanie všetko v pohode ale páčilo sa mi že sa dalo s personalom dohodnút že v deň odchodu som mohol parkovať auto dlhšie ako je checkout

- De ligging. Alle bezienswaardigheden waren lopend te bereiken
- De gratis privé parkeerplaats
- De bedden waren goed

Cons:

We wisten dat dit een budget optie was, maar dit viel alsnog flink tegen:
- Hygiëne was slecht. Schimmel in de hele badkamer.
- We mochten de airconditioning niet gebruiken want "vanaf september is dat niet meer nodig". Het was alsnog meer dan 25 graden op de kamer en stikte van de muggen.
- Geen gastvrijheid. Personeel is onvriendelijk, onverschillig, opdringerig en vijandig. Geen groet bij ontvangst of vertrek. Moesten de sleutel elke keer bij het verlaten van de kamer inleveren onder het mom van "24-uurs receptie". Echter was er tot 3x toe niemand aanwezig toen wij binnenkwamen lopen.
- Niet diervriendelijk, ook voor de hond mocht de airco niet gebruikt worden.
- Zeer gehorig.

Уже почти месяц как я побывала в Пизе. Правду говорят - не место украшает человека, а человек место. Это же хочу сказать про отель Villa Primavera. Я остановилась здесь всего на одну ночь. Люди, которые здесь работают, эталон гостеприимства. Я приехала поздно вечером, меня встретили с искренней улыбкой и вниманием. В номере не было чайника, а мне так хотелось тепла и уюта после долгого путешествия. Я спустилась вниз и рассказала о своем маленьком желании. Тут же мне была организована целая чайная церемония 😄 с весёлой беседой и итальянским шармом. Конечно я за чай заплатила, но нет ничего дороже простого человеческого общения 💯. Тут же вечером я попросила продлить мне пребывание на следующий день и выехать попозже. Мне радушно разрешили и было это совершенно бесплатно. Утром следующего дня я посетила Площадь Чудес, знаменитую Пизанскую башню и другие локации. В городе велось много дорожных работ и я опаздывала к уже продленному выселению. Написала в отель и там отнеслись с пониманием. А когда я прощалась, мне пожелали счастливого пути и объяснили как лучше добраться до аэропорта. Благодарю всех работников отеля за приятные впечатления ❤️.

Cons:

Не могу сказать что не понравилось. Просто я не привыкла к низким кроватям и к отсутствию чайника.
