Für den Preis hätte ich erwartet dass die Suite in einem besseren Zustand ist.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit
Reklamationen wurden soweit möglich sehr prompt erledigt
Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) waren wirklich aussergewöhnlich gut zubereitet und von hervorraged´nder Qualität.
Das Service im Speisesaal sehr gut
Die Badelandschaft war auch sehr schön, und das Wasser angenehm gewärmt. Sauna etc. wurde von uns nicht benützt und kann daher nicht bewertet werden

Cons:

Einige Teile des Hotels waren schon renovierungsbedürftig, so auch unsere Suite 304, der Vorhang in beiden Räumen zerrissen, die Matratze durchgegelegen, Bodenfliesen im Badezimmer angeschlagen, der Teppichboden sehr fleckig.
Ja und die Zeit die man dem Reinigungspersonal gab war wohl zu kurz um das Zimmer ordentlich zu reinigen.
Ausserdem sollte man, bei soviel Insekten die es dort gibt, unbedingt Fliegengitter montieren.
Der Terrassentisch war schon in Auflösung. Die Sessel sehr ramponiert auf der Terrasse.
