Pros:

Le style authentique de l hôtel en pierre et bois
Le spa et sa très grande piscine
Le petit déjeuner très bon et varié
La situation de l hôtel proche des centres d intérêt ( parc national, télésiège vers les alpages)

Cons:

Pas de climatisation ce qui convient pour les sports d hiver mais en été il fait chaud! Une toute petite fenêtre dans la chambre et un petit ventilateur...
Heureusement que nous avions une suite et pas la chambre double qui est fort petite
Le soir le restaurant buffet est peu plaisant # ambiance réfectoire. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing. Buffet varié mais pas très bon.
Et que dire de l attitude des clients qui se ruent sur les plats dès 19h et mangent en un temps record...
Bref l ambiance repas du soir n est pas top et nous avons opté pour des restaurants dans Kolasin

Excellent hotel in Kolasin
Pros:

Very good hotel. Large well equipped rooms. Friendly staff always helping with a smile. Large lobby with a good music and seating coach. Excellent breakfast and dinner.
No air-conditioning in the rooms.

Quirky design, great food and service, but needs air-con
Pros:

This was the second hotel that we stayed at during our Jules Verne ‘Montenegro Explorer’ tour, and we stayed there for 1 night. The building design is so unusual, and we love staying in mountain areas, so we were really looking forward to our short stay there. On arrival, we were really impressed with the public areas of the hotel – the décor and architecture were both lovely. The staff at reception were very helpful, as were the staff in the restaurant. We had a lovely buffet evening meal there and an equally lovely buffet breakfast there too – it was particularly nice to sit by the large external windows. Sadly we were there for such a short time that we did not get to use the bar or swimming pool, but these looked great as well.

We were allocated room 109, on the first floor. The room was nicely decorated, with an interesting diamond shaped window. Unfortunately, both the room and the window were absolutely tiny – there was barely enough room to walk around the bed, and it was impossible to have the window open when the curtains were shut (as they open inwards). This was absolutely fine for our one night stay, as the temperature outside wasn’t too warm in May, but we would definitely have struggled in the height of summer. So, 5 out of 5 for the public areas, but only 3 out of 5 for the room. I’d happily go back for a short stay, but our room would have been too cramped for more than a couple of days, and they definitely need to think about improving the windows and/or installing air conditioning.

Cons:

Le bruit infernal des chiens errants qui aboient toute la nuit. Personnel sympathique sans plus. Un peu juste pour cette catégorie d’établissement..
Restauration sans intérêt.

Petty Rules about food,drink and electrics…
Pros:

Lovely hotel and room,pity that you are treated like children with room rules like no drinks or food in your room don’t use any electric implements,but they have an electric fan on the dressing table to use.
When having a shower water went all over the floor.
Room wasn’t cleaned whilst we were there for four days.
Food pretty average…

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located close to some conviniet shops and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area. The room we selected was very comfortable, and the double bed provided an excellent night’s sleep. Everything was clean and.

We especially enjoyed the spa facilities, which were among the best we have experienced. We also booked a massage, and it was excellent and very relaxing. The pool is so large and impressive.

The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the Kolašin area and its beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes, fresh vegetables, and delicious desserts, with plenty of options to choose from.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.

Cons:

A couple of issues could be improved. The room had a fan instead of air conditioning, which may be less comfortable during warmer weather. In addition, the toilet flush tended to splash water onto the toilet seat, which was somewhat inconvenient.
