Tiny things can make it even better!
Pros:

Parking area was nice, environment en swimming pool as well!

Cons:

Minibar was getting very hot on the outside. Bathroom could have been neater (a lot of wood and old caulking). Buffet and breakfast were ok but not great.

Pros:

It really has all you can ask for in a ski resort town. The pool is marvelous.

Cons:

No AC in the rooms! This is a must in summer! The fitness room has no AC, and it opens at 09:00! (This is an hour where most tourists are finishing breakfast and heading out!). The buffet dinner is not that great, opt for a good restaurant in town.

Tres bon hotel mais attention à la fréquentation en haute saison
Pros:

La situation au centre de Kolasin. La piscine et le spa sont vraiment bien, ainsi que la salle de sport même si certains équipements sont vieillots (vélos). Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'amabilité perfectible du personnel sauf celui du Spa qui sont bien. Le principal problème de cet hotel est sa clientèle serbe et monténégrine et leurs gosses très mal élevés qui font du bruit et du bazar dans les couloirs et le spa. Attention l'architecture tourmentée de l'hotel crée des disparités de surface des chambres même en catégorie supérieure. Il faut rester vigilant pour ne pas se faire amputer 20% de la chambre par la pente du toit.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist groß und bietet mit einem ebenso großem Schwimmbad, Freibad, Sauna eine gute Erholungsmöglichkeit. Das Buffet am Abend und das Frühstück sind empfehlenswert. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Hotel. Der späte Check-out bis 12 Uhr war toll, so konnten wir noch das Schwimmbad und den Fitnessbereich nutzen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer selbst sind klein und nicht klimatisiert, was im August etwas störend ist, da sich das Zimmer recht schnell aufreizt. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war früh morgens schon der erste Laster (Müllabfuhr, Anlieferung o.Ä.) zu hören, so dass man das Fenster wieder schließen musste. Auch die Sitzgruppen vor den Zimmern sind ungünstig, das der Lärm in den Zimmern zu hören ist. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nicht bemüht. Bei unserer Ankunft sollten wir ca. 15 Minuten auf unser Zimmer warten. Nach 20 Minuten war es dann fertig, allerdings mussten wir das Personal selbst darauf ansprechen, man übersah uns schlichtweg, obwohl wir direkt vor der Rezeption saßen. Das Schwimmbad ist dunkel, Lichter waren stets aus. Die Sauna kann leider nicht vormittags besucht werden, erst ab späten Nachmittag. Prospekte mit Freizeitangeboten wäre gut gewesen.

Cons:

We were surprised to find that the room did not have air conditioning! Only a small desk ventilator. The room was not ventilated at night and we couldn't sleep. When we asked the staff for another ventilator, they refused because only one ventilator allowed in the room.
