The location and all the facilities the hotel has makes it a great holiday, especially for those who don't want to move too much. Decent choice at breakfast. Beach is clean and beach menu is good.

Cons:

There's some serious gap when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. The hotel is nice but when you stare looking at the details, that's when you realizing that they should invest in some decent maintenance and cleaning staff. Only superficial things are clean, don't start moving furniture around or looking too close at stuff in the bathroom as you might be a bit disappointed. Clearly not the standard you expect from a 4 star hotel.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Budva
Pros:

Very nice location, the hotel has its own beach with free sun beds, amazing staff which do everything they can to accommodate your requests. Room was clean, food at the breakfast and in beach cafe was very good. Definitely we will come again.

מלון מהמם ואיכותי במיקום מושלם!

מלון מאוד יפה ומרשים! מיקום מושלם ממש על העיר העתיקה מול הים עם חוף פרטי ובריכה חמודה ( קצת קרה מדי) צופה לנוף ולעיר העתיקה שזה מושלם. גם הנוף מהחדר היה מהמם לים, לבריכה ולעיר. מיטה נוחה מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר טובה יחסית ומגוונת, אם כי לעיתים משעממת, נעים לשבת עם הנוף שצופה לעיר העתיקה, הצוות שירותי נעים, מסביר פנים ועוזר, סך הכל מלון מקסים וברמה גבוהה.

Cons:

שתי מעליות בלבד לכל המלון, כאשר אחת נתקעה החלו פקקים במעלית והמתנה מייגעת כל פעם ( לא מצופה ממלון ברמה כזו לשתי מעליות בלבד שלוקח להן נצח להגיע)

במסדרונות בין החדרים אין מיזוג וחם!

באיזור השירותים בבריכה יש רק תא אחד וריחות לא נעימים ולא מספיק נקי.

החדר שקיבלנו יפה אך מעט קטן לשתי מזוודות גדולות, והיה רצוי לעשות בדיקות תחזוקה לחדר בטרם מאכלסים אורחים.. בן זוגי עשה אמבטיה ונזלו מים מלמטה מהרובע. בכללי גם דופן האמבטיה ממש מוזר וגבוה יותר משמעותית מהרגיל ומסוכן לטעמי! לילד או אדם יותר מבוגר. והיה חשוך בחדר אמבטיה, היו שתי מנורות שרופות.
בנזוגי היה חולה והקיא במשך יומיים עם כמעט 39 מעלות חום (מסתבר שזה קורה באיזור לא מעט לאנשים ותיירים.. 😳) לכן נשארנו בחדר ולשירות החדרים לא תמיד היה את כל מה שהיה רשום בתפריט. ( לכן גם לא התלוננו על בעיות התחזוקה כי לא רצינו שיכנסו לחדר)
לא היה קומקום או עמדת תיונים סוכר, קפה וכו שזה בסיסי! כמו שמצופה מכל מלון בסדר גודל כזה, כך שהייתי צריכה להזמין לי ולבנזוגי תה! במחיר מופקע משירות החדרים, שזה מגוחך.

Can’t wait to come back
Pros:

Fantastic location on the seafront and adjacent to the walled old town. Treatments in the spa highly recommended. Private beach was a joy and the towel system worked brilliantly so we could always find a bed.

Cons:

The bedroom furniture and bathroom tiling needed titivating. Feels like the cleaning staff lost their mojo.

Gr8 potential, too expensive!
Pros:

Location is wonderful, it has a private beach and pools, breakfast has a big variety, and staff are friendly.

Cons:

No service on the beach itself, only on the terrace. The public spaces are too large and it’s a hike to go anywhere within the hotel (we were in the villas). The outside passages are not clean and the escalator was broken. The hotel parking is near a paying parking close to the old town, so we spent the last 200 meters before the parking in an hour long traffic jam!
