Good for a short stay without luggage.
Pros:

Staff at the hotel. Even though they appeared stressed and overworked they did their best. One guy even helped me carry the luggage. Warm rooms and neat bathrooms

Cons:

The hotel appeared to be severely understaffed, and overall service quality reflected this.

The lift system seems like an afterthought, with a poor and impractical design. Notably, the lift landings are positioned between floors, requiring guests to climb stairs regardless of the floor selected. This was particularly inconvenient when carrying luggage. Level 1 was especially problematic: guests had to descend 3–4 steps and then climb approximately 10 steps to reach the floor, which is physically demanding for people with luggage.

Breakfast was good for a short stay, but the unchanging menu became monotonous by the third day.

Requests for room changes or allocating family members on the same floor were not accommodated, which further affected the overall experience.

I stayed here for five nights on a business trip. The hotel is centrally located in Esch-sur-Alzette, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and bus stops. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was cleaned daily, and the cleaning staff was kind and friendly.

Cons:

However, I was very disappointed with the reception service. After 6 PM on weekdays and after 3 PM on weekends, there is no one at the front desk. If you arrive late, your room key is left out in the open, which feels very unsafe. I got stuck in the elevator one morning and couldn’t reach anyone for help. The emergency alarm didn’t work, and when my colleague finally found someone from the hotel, they said they didn’t know what to do. I also made a request during my stay and never received a response. Staff kept saying someone from another shift would contact me, but no one did. Breakfast was another letdown, very limited options and low quality. I regretted paying for it.

Um funcionário (provavelmente o rececionista) não me deixou fazer uma simples chamada no telefone da receção para saber onde estava o meu pai (não sabia sequer se ele estava a ir para o hotel certo ou se estava completamente perdido) isto tudo perto da meia noite e eu estava sem bateria no telemóvel, sem carregador e sem nada (quem tinha todas as minhas malas era o meu pai) entendo que a receção esteja fechada a essa hora mas uma pessoa com o mínimo de bom senso vendo o meu desespero por não saber do meu pai, teria no mínimo ajudado. Nunca me tinha deparado com tamanha falta de noção num hotel. Não é uma questão da receção estar fechada, mas sim uma questão de bom senso.

Slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding van een hotel dat nodig onderhoud nodig heeft.

Het bed en de badkamer.

Cons:

Licht in de kamer functioneerde niet goed. De kamer ligt aan een winkelstraat en is rumoerig. Het tapijt in de gang op de 3e verdieping was vies (vlekken, rommel zoals hoesjes van scheermesjes e.d.). Er was duidelijk niet gestofzuigd . De parkeergarage is slecht verlicht en heeft eigenlijk weinig ruimte voor draaien/keren van de auto. De prijs verhoudt zich niet goed met de kwaliteit van de kamer. Wij vonden het tegen vallen. Hoewel de jongeman bij de receptie vriendelijk en behulpzaam was kon hij het achterstallig onderhoud niet 1-2-3 verhelpen. Fijn was wel dat de badkamer gerenoveerd was en er netjes uit zag.

Pros:

La chambre était très propre, avec une literie confortable. L’hôtel est calme et le personnel est sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais très correct, suffisant pour bien commencer la journée.

Cons:

Le coffre de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a été un peu gênant. De plus, la télévision était également hors service.
