Charmantes Hotel im Herzen der Fußgängerzone
Pros:

Das Hotel an sich ist charmant und gemütlich. Es befindet sich in Mitten der Fußgängerzone und ist daher ruhig gelegen. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche war sauber und vermutlich vor Kurzem renoviert. Das Bett war bequem, es gab eine Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Kissen. Das Fenster war komplett zu öffnen, es gab neben einem Verdunklungsvorhang auch einen Rollladen zum Abdunkeln des Zimmers. Das Personal war freundlich und stets hilfbereit. Vor Anreise wurde wir persönlich angeschrieben, ob wir eine Reservierung des Parkplatzes benötigen.

Cons:

Die Gegensprechanlage an der Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage war sehr leise bzw. hatte ich Schwierigkeiten mein Gegenüber akustisch zu verstehen, obwohl ich mit dem Ohr unmittelbar am Lautsprecher stand.
Die Tiefgarage ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Nur was für geübte Parker/Autofahrer. Aufgrund der steilen Abfahrten keineswegs für tiefer gelegte Autos geeignet.

Helpful staff. Clean and basic but ready for a refresh.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful. I particularly appreciated being messaged early on the day of check-in to confirm parking instructions.

Cons:

The hotel is looking tired in places. The carpet on the second floor is stained in several places, the flush handle on the loo was broken, the espresso maker in the room leaked. In general it's obvious that the fixtures and fittings in the rooms are old and ready for a refresh. The underground car park is extremely small, think carefully if you drive anything bigger than a hatchback!

Tolle Lage, parken etwas schwierig
Pros:

Kleines aber gutes Hotel. Direkt in der Innenstadt. Mit Tiefgarage. Frühstück war auch gut.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Das Ein- und Ausparken war etwas mühsam, da die Plätze etwas enger sind (Pfosten usw.) und der Weg sehr steil und eng ist nach unten/oben.
Auch das beim Rausfahren der Knopf dauerhaft gedrückt werden müsste, damit das Tor aufgeht und so das Auto dann auf der Erhöhung stand, ist etwas unpraktisch.

Prima hotel in het centrum
Pros:

Wij vonden het heerlijk dat het hotel in een grote winkelstraat staat. Het was fijn om na een reis van 4 uur de benen te strekken en langs de winkels te lopen.
Het hotel is een beetje art Deco.
Wat wij heel fijn vonden is dat er een parkeergarage bij het hotel is.
Prima ontbijt en het personeel is heel vriendelijk.
In de buurt zijn er restaurants.

Cons:

De badkamer mag wel een opknapper gebruiken.

Good for a short stay without luggage.
Pros:

Staff at the hotel. Even though they appeared stressed and overworked they did their best. One guy even helped me carry the luggage. Warm rooms and neat bathrooms

Cons:

The hotel appeared to be severely understaffed, and overall service quality reflected this.

The lift system seems like an afterthought, with a poor and impractical design. Notably, the lift landings are positioned between floors, requiring guests to climb stairs regardless of the floor selected. This was particularly inconvenient when carrying luggage. Level 1 was especially problematic: guests had to descend 3–4 steps and then climb approximately 10 steps to reach the floor, which is physically demanding for people with luggage.

Breakfast was good for a short stay, but the unchanging menu became monotonous by the third day.

Requests for room changes or allocating family members on the same floor were not accommodated, which further affected the overall experience.
