Pros:

Si estaba limpia la habitación pero el buffet muy poco variedades todo los días mismo postres y mismas ensaladas

Cons:

No tenía acondicionador y el último día tuve que comprar jabón y shampoo el trago se sirve en vaso de papel el break feast muy poca opcion deberían mejorar

Pros:

Todo Limpio y cómodo variedad en alimentos desayuno almuerzo y cena.

Cons:

El sistema de cable analógico mala calidad del video. La puerta del baño del 703 no cierra. Y el sistema de ventilación del baño de la habitación 707 no funciona al igual que la energía en sus tomas de ambos baños.

La habitación y la vista

Cons:

Poca variedad de las comidas, poca preocupación del personal, hotel muy chico para el valor, al ser un todo incluido no había personal de entretenimiento, no hay preocupación por reponer las comidas cuando se acaban, el snack no te podías atender solo pero había que buscar al personal para que te atendieran, tiene buena ubicación pero los hoteles y locales del alrededor no permitían dormir. No volvería a reservar el hotel

La habitación muy cómoda y con una hermosa vista. Alquilamos suri con con vista al mar en el piso 7. El personal siempre muy atento y amable, especialmente los señores que están en el bar.

Cons:

Elegimos el plan Todo incluido y la comida del bufet era rica, pero había muy podrás opciones para elegir. En el almuerzo y la cena ofrecían siempre únicamente jugos, cuando en realidad había más bebidas como vino, cerveza y gaseosa que no la ofrecían, había que pedirlas. En el bar faltaban opciones de tragos como aperol, campari y otros de ese estilo que se suelen ofrecer en este tipo de hoteles. El hidromasaje de nuestra habitación no funcionaba.

Sin servicio de internet durante toda la estancia en el hotel, tampoco funciona la television, se inunda la habitacion cuando llueve. Imposible comunicarse con la recepcion.
