Las instalaciones, la amabilidad, el hecho de que me llevaran la aromática a la habitación me pareció único y un buen diferencial, me ayudaron a pedir rapidamente taxi, todo muy positivo en cuanto a atención.
El desayuno era a partir de las 7 y necesitaba estar muy temprano para una reunión en otro lado, sería bueno que estuviera a las 6:30 o mas temprano en general.
No me pude comunicar telefonicamente con ningún restaurante desde el telefono del hotel a pesar de que salia el indicativo para llamadas locales. Me pasaron amablemente información de 3 restaurantes, pero los menús y telefonos estaban desactualizados porque tampoco me salio la llamada desde el celular y al buscar en internet me di cuenta que eran otros números o estaban desactualizados. Igual no me pude comunicar a pedir domicilio y me toco comprar algo rapido en el camino (un paquete de papas y un kumis) para almorzar

Excellent staff , not much choices on the breakfast but it was very good and healthy.
The room was clean , our suite had a jacussi and we enjoyed it almost every evening.

Everything was good
The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is cute and the location a very short distance from the very touristy center is good with a nice view of the surrounding hills from the patio. The free massage was wonderful after hiking the Cocora loop.
Wi-Fi is not great and the room was a bit small.
Fantastic hotel staff, friendly, bending over backwards to make best arrangements for transportation. Providing earlier breakfast than usual time. Comfortable rooms and beds.
Pas de réservation à l'arrivée,manque une serviette,le café,la bouteille d'eau puis ce n'est pas la bonne chambre on nous change de chambre,taie oreiller tachée,WC bouché, fuite importante qui transforme la salle de bain en piscine,plus de tapis de bain, robinet lavabo cassé

I had a lovely big room divided between bedroom, lounge, bathroom and an outside yard to sit in. A hairdryer, toiletries, an iron and breakfast were included. Everywhere was very clean, lots of hot water in the shower and the staff were always polite and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was a great location, being a short walk from the main plaza with cafes and restaurants and a short taxi ride from the bus terminal and airport.

I had a sudden change in travel plans and needed to book a hotel room during a layover in Bogota. I did so, but I messed up that booking and had to look again at the airport in Popayan after I landed late in the morning. Thanks to the very helpful staff at Hotel Boutique Confort Suites, I was in a perfect room by 1PM. The bed was comfortable, the suite well-stocked with coffee machine, glassware, shower supplies and quiet. It is mere minutes from the airport, close to a grocery store, and peaceful at night (I woke to the sound of a horse passing in the street around 5:30am). Breakfast was delicious. Many thanks to the staff for helping a weary traveler.
