Serce Kazimierza i tyle
Pros:

Wspaniałe miejsce w samym sercu Kazimierza. Lokalizacja idealna — blisko wszystkiego, a jednocześnie ani za głośno, ani zbyt cicho, po prostu w sam raz. Personel bardzo pomocny i życzliwy, zawsze gotowy do pomocy. Śniadania urozmaicone, świeże i naprawdę smaczne. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chciałoby się wracać, gdyby nie…

Cons:

Niestety pobyt okazał się rozczarowujący. Już na wejściu widać liczne zaniedbania: zamiast wieszaka w ścianie jest tylko gwóźdź, nad łóżkiem pęknięta szyba w obrazku, w drzwiach szafy dziura, a drzwi do łazienki są zdewastowane.

W łazience znajduje się wentylator/wyciąg w suficie, którego nie da się wyłączyć — buczy nieprzerwanie przez całą dobę. Hałas był na tyle uciążliwy, że zmuszeni byliśmy opuścić pokój dzień wcześniej, niż planowaliśmy, spaliśmy w innym hotelu obok. Dodatkowo deska sedesowa jest źle dobrana i nieprawidłowo zamontowana, przez co rusza się na wszystkie strony.

Pod telewizorem zwisają luźne przewody, a telewizja nie działa — mimo prób uruchomienia zgodnie z instrukcją wygląda to tak, jakby brakowało tunera TV.

Jest to nasz trzeci lub czwarty pobyt w tym miejscu i niestety z każdą kolejną wizytą standard wyraźnie się pogarsza. Widać brak inwestycji i postępującą degradację obiektu.

乾淨舒適、早餐很棒

自助入住服務，床很大很舒服，早餐很棒，負責早餐的服務人員，雖然她很忙碌，但是動作很俐落，很親切招呼每個人，她真的很棒

Dobra lokalizacja. Dobre śniadanie. Przemiła obsługa.

Cons:

Przeszkadzało mi to, że obok obiektu znajduje się ogromna sala do imprez i cały weekend trwały tam imprezy w nocy. Nawet nie chodziło o hałas tylko nieustanne dudnienie basów. Dla mnie wyjątkowo trudne do przyjęcia. Moje noce były nieprzespane, a chyba nie o to chodzi na urlopie.

Posizione ottimale x visitare il ghetto ebraico centro storico ma anche il centro di Cracovia con una bella passeggiata non risultava così lontano.
