Pros:

De locatie was fantastisch voor het openbaar vervoer. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Heel lekker en goed verzorgd ontbijt en schone kamers. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Was een goed verblijf. Zou zeker terug komen.

Cons:

Alles was perfect enige kleine dingetje was dat de douchekop moeilijk op z'n plek bleef hangen. Verder was alles echt perfect.

Not like other Crown Plaza hotels!

The stay did not meet the expected standards of a five-star property. Essential amenities were missing, including toiletries, toothbrush, and tissues. The room was basic, furnished only with beds, a TV, and a desk.

Temperature control was inadequate, as the room remained uncomfortably cold. The bathroom ventilation was ineffective, with steam not properly extracted. Housekeeping and room service were provided only upon request, rather than proactively.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience, particularly given the premium rate charged. The service and facilities were more aligned with a three-star property than a five-star hotel. Management is advised to review quality control measures and consider implementing a mystery shopper program to ensure brand standards are maintained.

Cons:

Onrvangst en alle communicatie diende in het Engels te gebeuren...zelfs al je zelf begon in het Nederlands. Dit verwacht je niet in Nederland.
