Cons:

I had two separate reservations for a longer stay at this hotel. Although I did not request a room change, the staff told me they would move me to a better room. Based on that information, I packed all my belongings and changed rooms. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and definitely not an upgrade.

The most frustrating issue was with the payment process. Even though my company had already paid for the reservation, the hotel charged my personal credit card again without my knowledge. I had to spend nearly an hour at the reception explaining that no additional payment was required. The staff repeatedly insisted that the booking had not been paid. Eventually, they admitted that they had made a mistake, but the refund process took almost one month to complete.

While the location and facilities were acceptable, the room change and payment handling created unnecessary stress and significantly affected my overall experience.

Le personnel de la réception et du restaurant, la chambre et l’emplacement

Cons:

L’organisation du nettoyage des chambres est à revoir…
Pour un nettoyage de la chambre, il faut afficher une pancarte sur la porte avant 6h du matin pour un passage dans la journée. Nous avons mis la carte et absent toute la journée mais ils sont présentés à 18h alors que nous apprêtions à sortir donc malheureusement rien n’a pu être fait

Perfect with great transport links
Pros:

Room was large a clean and the bathroom was lovely - had a fridge that was handy. A great bar that was friendly and lovely food, there is also a very handy help yourself shop - great for when you get back late and want a drink/snack.

Cons:

Very little tea etc provided in the room, we had to ask for extra milk on night one, then it was not topped up so we asked for more tea bags but these were never bought to our room although we did receive an apology. Would be a good idea to have extra's behind reception so when people ask they can just be handed over rather than having to wait for someone to bring it to the room.

Pros:

Comfortable and clean rooms. Located in the mixed residential and business area off the central part of the city. Quick and convenient connection by train to Amsterdam Centraal station, museums, and shopping area.
Good to know : to enter the train station tap your credit card directly on tourniquet; on the weekend almost all food establishments around the hotel may be closed.
