The entry and registration of minors to the Hotel must be carried out by one of their parents with presentation of their birth certificate and identity card. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it may be carried out by the adult responsible for the minor, duly authorized by at least one of the parents. The authorization must be in writing signed and notarized by one of the parents and indicate that the minor is under their care.
In order to protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest must present the credit card used to make the online reservation and the physical identification document of the cardholder at check-in.
The Hotel reserves the right to reject the guest at check-in for not complying with this requirement.
The Hotel can cancel a confirmed reservation if it is suspected that a fraudulent card has been used, therefore, the holder of the card that will be used as a means of guarantee must be the same one who made the reservation and enjoyed the benefits.

El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, algo lleno el restaurante de Torre del Mar, pero bie .
La atención de la mayoría de los empleados fue excelente.
Las instalaciones del Hotel, realmente le urge un adecuado y profundo mantenimiento, especialmente las puertas de las habitaciones, los pisos de las mismas y los baños, en una de nuestras habitaciones se desprendió la ducha del techo del baño.
Lo otro y urgente es el arreglo de las fachadas del edificio de Torre del Mar, es un engaño lo que hacen los influencer ajustando con IA sus publicaciones, el edificio esta muy deteriorado en sus fachadas.
La playa, ya no es como antes, desde que se dio el nuevo manejo, ahora se dan el lujo de llevar 50 buses en un día y estacionarnos sin ningún problema en la playa. Claro esto no es una situación generada por el Hotel, más bien es el resultado del pésimo manejo que se le da a las playas en Cartagena.
Las instalaciones son muy cómodas , las habitaciones son muy buenas
Desafortunadamente y aunque no depende del hotel ,la playa es muy concurrida y eso hace un poco desagradable su uso .

Si bien el personal brinda buen servicio y siendo Clientes de años ya observamos el deterioro, ya muchas cosas no funcionan no tienen reparación varias duchas de playa no funcionan , pisos deteriorados, las cabañas de casa de playa ya necesitan mucho más que solo retoques ya no las recomendamos a amigos que nos preguntan esta vez fuimos a Torre del mar y si bien está mucho mejor , varios pasos cerrados y espacios no bien utilizados ni señalizados , las comidas que no son el desayuno buffet tardan a veces mucho más de lo que es realmente considerado, se nota que hay ya ciertos deterioros y no hay nuevas atracciones ni cosas para chicos , nuestro hijo ya creció y a pesar que recuerda el hotel y demás no hay ya actividades para su edad 12-18 , los restaurantes y áreas están limitados hay que moverse mucho , detrás de la piscina central antes atendían más opciones y por más tiempo , cierran muy temprano las piscinas , han hecho varias eficiencias seguramente no todas bien pensadas por completo
La variedad de alimentos, su excelente calidad y frescura lo hacen la mejor opción.
