Important information:

The entry and registration of minors to the Hotel must be carried out by one of their parents with presentation of their birth certificate and identity card. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it may be carried out by the adult responsible for the minor, duly authorized by at least one of the parents. Great stay but could be better
Pros:

The property was clean and spacious, one of the few hotels with different pools for adults and kids. Probably leaning more towards families.

The staff was great throughout the entire stay. It’s because of them and how clean the property was that I’m giving them a 4-star rating.

Cons:

The hotel restaurants aren’t that tasty or good for their price. I didn’t have any luck there; this may vary depending on each one’s taste. Breakfast was okay-ish.

There aren’t many options for food and restaurants nearby the hotel; delivery will be your best option, or getting a cab to the walled city or other places is your best bet.

There’s no complimentary coffee at the hotel rooms. You will be charged for each pod of Nespresso you use. I’ve stayed at different hotels in Cartagena, and many offered courtesy coffee pods or coffee in general. Not a deal breaker but a bummer since that’s a nice-to-have when traveling abroad.

I don’t know if all rooms have soundproof windows, but this is key to have. It’s close to an airport and a busy highway with party buses driving around.

Pros:

Sus instalaciones son muy buenas y bonitas, hay varias piscinas con un buen mantenimiento y el desayuno tipo buffet es delicioso.

Que el sábado en pleno fin de semana no se pudiera usar la piscina para adultos durante todo el día y no fueron claros con eso durante la reserva. Realmente iba en plan descanso y relax y ese es de los puntos que me llevaron a escoger el hotel. Para completar ahora las carpas en la playa son un desastre, en este nuevo arreglo que tienen se ven desordenadas en la combinación con las carpas de locales y hay multitud de vendedores que antes no se percibían.
