Important information:

The entry and registration of minors to the Hotel must be carried out by one of their parents with presentation of their birth certificate and identity card. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it may be carried out by the adult responsible for the minor, duly authorized by at least one of the parents. The authorization must be in writing signed and notarized by one of the parents and indicate that the minor is under their care.

La atención del personal. El desayuno es muy variado y delicioso.

Cons:

Cobran por el café que colocan en las habitaciones. Cobran por todo. Cosas que en otros hoteles de firma internacional no cobran, lastimosamente en el hotel Las Americas cobran todo.

La cama y las almohadas muy buenas.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están muy viejas, el baño en especial, las griferías duras, la ducha estrecha , la cabina de la ducha no ajustaba y se inundaba el baño, a pesar de que el baño era grande, la ducha era muy estrecha. Adicionalmente el aire acondicionado sonaba muy duro cada vez que se prendía.las toallas muy viejas, inclusive una rota.

Agradable y acogedor
Pros:

La habitación me pareció muy cómoda, bien dotada y muy agradable con balcón y vista al mar

Cons:

El desayuno no nos gustó, el día que llegamos, lo pagamos porque llegamos temprano y ese día no estaba incluido, pero pancakes, arepas, y varias cosas estaban frías y duras, no se sentían frescas. El segundo día fue mejor el desayuno, pero pienso ir deben mejorar.

INOLVIDABLES VACACIONES EN EL MEJOR HOTEL DE CARTAGENA
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno y completo.
Las piscinas de buen tamaño y con temperatura del agua agradable. La playa muy amplia y el mar hermoso.
Los restaurantes con deliciosas opciones para la cena.
El ambiente muy apropiado para disfrutar en familia. El personal del Hotel muy amable.

Cons:

Como la playa es publica hay mucho vendedor ambulante y oferta permanente de masajes. Sin embargo, el Hotel ofrece seguridad en la playa para sus huespedes y servicio de bebidas.
