Important information:

The entry and registration of minors to the Hotel must be carried out by one of their parents with presentation of their birth certificate and identity card. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it may be carried out by the adult responsible for the minor, duly authorized by at least one of the parents. The authorization must be in writing signed and notarized by one of the parents and indicate that the minor is under their care.

felicito al hotel y a todo su equipo por el servicio brindado.
Pros:

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy positiva. Las instalaciones son cómodas, agradables y muy bien organizadas. La habitación estaba en excelentes condiciones, muy limpia y con una vista hermosa.

Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del personal, que fue excelente durante toda la estadía. Asimismo, la comida estuvo deliciosa; felicito a todo el equipo de cocina por la calidad, variedad y sabor de las preparaciones.

Las zonas húmedas también se encuentran muy bien mantenidas y ofrecen un espacio agradable para el descanso y la recreación.

Cons:

Como aspecto por mejorar, considero que el servicio de carpas en la playa debería estar incluido dentro del valor del hospedaje. Teniendo en cuenta el costo de la estadía, sería un beneficio muy apreciado por los huéspedes y contribuiría a una experiencia aún más satisfactoria.

Para o valor pago, fiquei um pouco descontente com o estado da manutenção do quarto. Interruptores que não funcionavam, banheira não enchia e os registros soltos

El primer día había una convención o algo por el estilo y muchas personas en estado de embriaguez en la piscina, totalmente rodeada de botellas y latas de cerveza en el piso alrededor del la piscina. no fue posible disfrutar con mi hijo de 8 años .
