Important information:

The entry and registration of minors to the Hotel must be carried out by one of their parents with presentation of their birth certificate and identity card. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it may be carried out by the adult responsible for the minor, duly authorized by at least one of the parents. Excelente para un descanso con comodidad

Esta es mi segunda vez en las Américas Torre de mar y ya había estado también en casa de playa, lo cual significa que me gusta esta cadena.
Aunque la fachada del hotel ahora está un poquito deteriorada y se ve un poquito old style, el resto de las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. El hotel cuenta con muchas piscinas para disfrutar. Si eres adulto y no quieres tener niños cerca brincando puedes irte a la piscina infinita del piso 10 (aunque para mí gusto ponen la música demasiado alta en esta). A la hora del atardecer si debes pegarte la subida a esta por que se ve precioso.
Lo ideal es incluir en desayuno cuando reservas, el desayuno de este hotel es un bufet muy rico, siempre incluyen alimentos típicos. Los precios de los distintos restaurantes del hotel tampoco son muy costosos si decides comer en el hotel.
Estando tanto en torre de mar como en casa de playa se pueden disfrutar los servicios de ambos hoteles.
En muchos comentarios hablan de forma negativa de la playa del hotel. Puedo decir que es muy positivo que la playa esté frente al hotel, pero como las playas en Colombia no pueden ser privadas en estalaya hay muchas personas no huéspedes y eso hay que tenerlo en cuenta. Cuando vas a la playa los vigilantes antes de salir de las instalaciones te dan recomendaciones de seguridad y te recomiendan estar en cierta área para que la seguridad del hotel pueda estar pendiente de ti. Además en general el mar de Cartagena no es el más bello, si quieres un día se playa con un mar lindo te recomiendo que tomes un tour de un día a las playas de Baru o Tierra Bomba. Allí si logras relajación total frente al mar y con un mar bello.

Espero poder seguir volviendo a Las Américas cuando esté en Cartagena.
