Es sehr schönes Hotel, Man fühlt sich sofort wohl
Pros:

Top Empfang, sehr freundlicher Empfang, man fühlte sich sofort wohl, wurde behandelt wie ein Stammgast. Mir wurde das Hotel inklusive Zimmer und Wellnessbereich persöhnlich gezeigt. Hatte ich bisher noch nie gehabt. Überaus freudliches Personal. Das Zimmer war NEU!!!

Cons:

Alles war perfekt, es gab keinen Grund zur Klage.

Everything was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, very clean. We stayed for 10 nights with an energetic toddler who loved the lobby the play room.

Pros:

Great selection of food and everything was super fresh, way more food than I was expecting. The waitress remembered our drinks which was a really nice touch ! You are assigned a table for your meal which was nice as you don't have to rush and find a table.

Ein Hotel der Extraklasse !
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Guggenberger war sehr gut. Das Personal auffallend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gut eingerrichtet. Außerdem war es angenehm ruhig, so dass ich mich richtig erholen konnte. Besonders erwähnenswert fand ich das Essen. Morgens bekam ich eine Menükarte und konnte zwischen drei Gerichten (Fleisch, Fisch oder Vegetarisch) wählen. Das Essen (egal was!) war ein ausgesprochener Genuss. Seeeeehr empfehlenswert!

Great skiing and newly refurbished rooms
Pros:

Large bedrooms with lovely shower rooms. Varied and quality cuisine. Just about ski-in/ski-out with a fairly challenging hop over unpisted fields at the bottom. Great after a couple of gluweins. Local skiing is on the quiet but superbly serviced Kleinarl slopes with a vast and varied ski area just a 10 minutes bus ride away.

Gem in Kleinarl
Pros:

Manuela and her staff at Hotel Guggenberger were everything we looked for in this Austrian village.From arrival to checkout they were always looking to help, anticipating our needs and made us feel like we had been there several times before. The dining experience is also like belonging to a community, with the staff and patrons all making you feel you had entered their world for a while. Overall the food was good and if you were looking for something else it was there to be had. Steps away from shops, ski lifts and a gorgeous lake, we plan plan to go back.
