Sehr gute Erfahrung
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und auch die Sauberkeit ist hervor zu heben. Lage zum Ort auch gut. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Lebenshilfe ist vorbildlich.

Cons:

Gute Mischung von alt und jung.

Sympathisches, familienfreundliches Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage quasi im Grünen in der Nähe des städt. Bades hat und sehr gefallen. Ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon!

Cons:

Mückengitter fiel leicht aus der „Fassung/Schiene“ - sehr hellhörig zu benachbarten Zimmern: war aber alles nicht so schlimm.

Pros:

Herr Günther vom Personal, sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter und nimmt Wünsche der Gäste ernst sowie die blonde Dame an der Rezeption. Herr Thomas an der Rezeption kennt sich in der Umgebung gut aus und auch sehr nett. Emira, die Reinigung
ist eine herzliche, erfrischende Dame und bemüht.

Cons:

Das nicht geputzte Zimmer von der Fremdfirma. Nicht Emira, die reinigt ordentlich. Das Zimmer war wenig gelüftet und hat nach Schweiss etc. gerochen. Nicht so gut, ging dann später mit Lüften.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Supplied towels and bed linen were clean (well...except one towel).

Cons:

Staff leaves the hotel after approx 22:30. Yes, the same happens in many other hotels as well, but we had bad luck because there was a party going until 3:00am. Hotel has very poor acoustic isolation. No AC (it was a very hot night). Toilet had cracked flap. Dusty bed surroundings and some leftovers on the floor. Lawn on the back side full of litter.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Auch der Garten nebenan ist schnell erreichbar. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind alle sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Dusche könnte mal besser gereinigt werden, der schwarze Schimmel direkt bei der Öffnung beim Aufschieben ist nicht sehr appetitlich, aber sonst alles okay

Sempre grande relax
Pros:

Posizione super, vicinissima al centro e vicinissima al parco acquatico, gratuito per gli ospiti della struttura. Circondati dal verde. Ottimo l'approccio degli addetti per risolvere le piccole richieste di un soggiorno.

Cons:

Sono tanti anni che frequentiamo questa struttura e forse hanno diminuito un poco il livello dei servizi, ad esempio sulla colazione, meno ricca di altre occasioni e sulle pulizie delle camere, dove chiedono che cosa serve fare, mentre un tempo erano più brillanti.

Also für das "Hotel" kann ich leider keine gute Rezension hinterlassen. Ich verstehe die guten vorherigen Schreiber der Bewertungen nicht.
Als wir ankamen mussten wir auf unser Zimmer warten was ja ok war da wir vor dem Check in 16 uhr ankamen. Dafür hatten wir noch volles Verständnis, doch als es dann immer später und später wurde und auf mehrfaches nachfragen nur gesagt wurde das es noch nicht fertig sei, ist mein Mann um 17:30 Uhr dann hin und sagte zu dem Herrn das es für sie langsam peinlich wird und er jetzt endlich mit unserem Zimmer fertig werden soll.
Das bekam die Restauratchefin mit und hat sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Wir hatten sofort ein Zimmer. Danke an der Stelle der netten Dame!
Als wir auch an der Bar ein Bier bestellten, kam nur Schaum aus dem Zapfhahn und der Herr schöpft den Schaum wirklich mit einem Löffel ab. Sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Im Aufenthaltsraum war alles dreckig, die Toiletten waren auch nicht gerade sauber und es waren keine Papiertücher für die Hände vorhanden.
Als wir dann schlafen wollten, kam ein ganzer Reisebus mit jungen Leuten die dann Lärm machten. Dann bin ich an die Rezeption und habe mich beschwert das wir ein anderes zimmer wollen da so etwas in einem Hotel unmöglich ist. Dann meinte der Herr es wäre Kein Hotel. Na gut, haben ein neues ruhigeres Zimmer bekommen, das schon länger nicht benutzt wurde. Da frag ich mich wieso mussten wir so lange auf unseres warten. Alles ist nicht mehr so wie es auf den Bildern scheint. Ich kann diese Unterkunft NICHT weiterempfehlen!!!!
Auch am tag der Abreise, als wir die Kurtaxe zahlen mussten, sagte die Dame ich soll das unsere sachen noch zahlen. Wir haben NICHTS aufs zimmer schreiben lassen sondern alles BAR gleich bezahlt und dann ging ja alles aufs Haus. Also zu viel bezahlt. Wirklich unmöglich diese Unterkunft!!!!
Ein großes Lob geht aber an die Restaurantchefin die versuchte und wieder ein wenig gut zu stimmen. Danke an die Dame. Leider hat es nicht funktioniert.
